My husband and I arrived around 8.30pm and had the restaurant all to ourselves. It was a short walk from the resort lobby and lights were dim along the way. A pity we were there too late, we should have visited the restaurant for lunch or early dinner with the beautiful sea view. The restaurant deco stood out from the... More

We were quite apprehensive about visiting Rin as we were staying in the Nirwana resort and disappointed with all other aspects of our stay. When we arrived the restauant was quite full and our table was not in the best position and behind the fan. We were advised that there was insufficient menus and we would have to wait!! On... More

We went there for our dinner during our stay at Angsana. The food is really nice, especially the Rin Bintan Roll. !

Food is poor, very basic, no flavour.expected more. Staff are nice but it doesn't have much else. A resort that sells itself as luxury does have the restaurants to match.

Great setting and food though quite pricey. On the night we had dinner, the aircon was not working and it was hot, hot, hot!

The view is amazing from this restaurant, the food is OK but not the best japanese ever. I feel it is very expensive for what they sell. Alcohol is very overpriced.

The food and service here was by far the best we received at the Nirwana resort. The Sushi was fresh and tasty and the tempura was really good but whilst it was a nice meal, I'm not convinced it warranted the price tag, this was 4 times the price of any of the other restaurants.

Right on/hanging over the beach it is a beautiful spot. The meal was excellent but very expensive. Very tasteful, though not very big and very expensive.

Overpriced, dishes and services aren't outstanding, but great with ocean views and neatly managed interior decor. We ordered several dishes and one of them was Udong(which is not noted on the menu but if you tell them they will bring you)definately overpriced and tasted undercooked.

Went to the Rin tonight have eaten Japanese all over the world and this is the worst I have ever tasted. Over priced, no variety and very very small meals. The drinks they could offer we're below standard. If you have eaten Japanese previously avoid this restaurant they need to lift their game. Would not go back. Very disappointing!!
