Always bought back more than a dozen of all the flavors they have. They are packed in half a doz boxes or one dozen boxes for normal size doughnuts. There is also mini size doughnuts which comes in 24 pcs per box. Must try if you go batam. Cheap and delicious doughnuts and drinks.

Loved the donuts they sell with so many varieties to choose from. You can easily find the outlet in major shoppings like Nagoya Hill mall, HarbourBay Mall and Batam Centre.

friendly staff. there are people smoking outside, not inside the store, which is excellent. The donut was good. Price is about half that of Singapore

Try different flavors. Sit back and relax. Head for shopping thereafter. Price is acceptable. A bit confusing with the orders though but overall - Good

The donuts are cheap at only 670,000rp for 12. They still taste good and soft even we consume them the next day. It is a must buy in Batam.

As I am living in Batam I go quite often to JCO. The donuts are quite big and delicious and the staff is professional. My may concern is hygiene, this place is not clean at all, many stains on the floor and on the equipment in the kitchen (as we see the kitchen throught a window). The hygiene could be... More

We love to wait at J.Co which is exactly at the pickup point for the Harris hotel and Holiday Inn bus shuttles. It is airconditioned, has good coffee and doughnuts at half the price of Singapore, and the staff doesn't bug you to leave. The wifi is free, allowing you to catch up with your email and whatsapp while you're... More

The only thing I put a concern when purchasing something from a franchise company is the standard. Without having to disclose the company's names, I've found some of them keep up only the standard of the service, the taste (of food / drink), the product presentation or other certain points and forget (or maybe too busy) to keep up the...
