Legendary Chinese Restaurant

One of the oldest and famous chinese restaurant in Bandung. The food is delicious and (what should I called it, maybe) it's so "chinese". The price is quite high but the portion is big too.. The place will really crowded at weekend, especially if there's party at the 2nd floor. The atmosphere... read more

Decent chinese food, big portions, fast staff, but slow cooks, even though the guests are not many. Expensive price However, they maintain cleanliness

The best Juanlo steamboat in town. Queen has been served the people since the 1960s (cmiw) with the same old recipe and menus til today. My favorite the Juanlo steamboat all seafood, beef, and vegetables with soy sauce and shredded chillies. The ifu mie also great. I like the ambience of old-school Chinese restaurant. Even it looks old school but... More

Restaurant was decent and foods were averaged. We ordered sweet sour fish, minced meat tofu and stir fried cai sim with garlic. Waited for around 30min although not much guests in restaurant. Fish was soggy, tofu taste too much pepper and abit salty. Would not recommend this chinese restaurant in Bandung.

This is one of the most authentic Chinese food in Bandung. It has been there since my grandparents era (who is 95yo in 2014). Our favorite food are: steamboat, sweet-sour fish (ikan gurame asam manis) , sweet sour pork (kuluyuk), fried wonton (pangsit goreng), i-fu mie,...and their orange juice!

Located in the middle of the city, this restaurant is famous from a long way back. The steamed chicken was very good, with lots of garlic and ginger that made it has pleasant smell and taste. Babi Hong is also a good choice, very tender but a bit too salty for my liking. My husband loves Udang Ham (Prawn with... More

It is obviously one of the oldest Chinese restaurants in town. Delicious foods, somehow can get very crowded on weekends. Hard to find a parking spot, vallet parking is provided yet limited. Can be a nightmare when it is raining. To be frank, I'd look somewhere else.

It is a heritage Chinese restaurant in Bandung. It is defintely not over-rated, most of the dishes are very delicious like "asparagus soup with crab roe", "fried Cingkong", "steam gurame fish", and most of the meals are very delicious ... almost everyday the restaurant is very crowded, so sometimes you have to sit on the 2nd or even 3rd floor.... this overrated restaurant is not quite good as the review said. the chinese taste is not too good here, they don't have deepness of flavour, taste bland, and nothing special. tried angcau beef, sweet and sour pork, noodle, steamboat, shanghai satay, and many more. for me it's taste just poor, below average. very overrated. you can find many better places... We have a family lunch party for birthday celebration. The environment is very good, because this is relatively a new restaurant. We ate the lumpia queen, but it was not as good as the lumpia queen in jl dalam kaum. The buttered frog leg is excellent, they are very big and tasty. The portions are big. So overall I am... More
