By traditional atmosphere, I mean dirty place, tin plate, tin mug, and cheap plastic glass. But, the food is excellent. If you want to taste high quality sundanese food, this is place to go. Try their Tutug Oncom, it's the best in town. And, if you want to really enjoy your food, try coming outside normal eating hours, if not,... More

Based on recomendation from my friend I try tgis resto. The table very small and only for 2 people. The liwet rice not too special, I took salted squid, golden fish squid and pepes mushroom. I also grabbed sambal and lalapan. I should pay 32.500 IDR. The price not to expensive and can't consider as cheap. The sambal was nice... More

The idea of eating on a tin plate is great! I guess our grandparents had eaten like this in the past. Always full all weeks. The price is reasonable. However, I don't like the food too much. So, 3 stars from me.

This restaurant is located close to Gedung Sate. Many locals still to this date come to this restaurant to experience the local Sundanese culture of eating. You will be either sitting in traditional tables or you can also opt to sit in a matted floor to try the real Sundanese culture. Of course eating with your hand is also an... More

I think this kind of restaurant is suit for big city person who never live in a small village, so they can try the traditional eating experience that they never get in their town.
