I've been coming to Casa Luna since the early 90s and who would have imagined that such a great place would fall as hard as it has. Sitting in the restaurant this morning - one other table - took a half hour to get a couple fried eggs. A month ago we came to the much celebrated "Weekend Brunch." We... More

Everyone of my guests who visits me in Bali always insists on going to Casa Luna. Obviously I always oblige and accompany them there, I always find their food just average. Their cooking classes are exceptional and the food cooked at the classes are very good. I used to say if only they cook foods like in their cooking classes... More

I have been here twice for lunch, a family with two young children. There were lots of healthy choices -- the green garden salad was raw, minimalist and YUM. There were also enough choices for the kids -- they had pizzas and pasta -- but what I loved about all of the dishes we got was that they were all... More

This well established large cafe on the Main Street of Ubud is a haven from the busy street and hectic shopping. We have eaten here three times this week and have been impressed each time. The duck rolls are our favourite, but the signature Balinese Paella was also sublime. Aim for the happy hour between 5 and 7 when you... More

Casa Luna is a very interesting fusion restaurant. Indonesian, Spanish, and even Thai influences in the cuisine, very pleasant atmosphere, and friendly efficient staff. The salads are very fresh and creative, the Bali Paella was very good. Dinner for two with a beer and a glass of wine was around $30. Oh, the bread is fresh and baked there, excellent.

I popped in for dinner just by happenstance while wandering around ubud. I had heard of the Casa Luna cooking school but hadn't had the time to attend but I wws keen to try the food. I ordered the seafood sate. It was amazing. This is lillet style, which is minced fish and prawns with 12 different spices. The mixture... More

We went to Casa Luna three times in our 11 days in Ubud and each time came away happy. There is plenty to choose from on the menu whether it's breakfast, lunch or dinner and the various tastes from around the world have something for everyone. The staff were friendly and engaging without being overbearing will definitely go again on... More
