Good whatever time of day

Visited on several occasions for dinner with live music, cocktails and coffee & cake - always good. Staff are lovely. The coffee is really good.

I love a strong kapil api, but sometimes I just need a hit of macchiato topped up. If you're like minded don't walk past Casa Luna. A lovely cafe, restaurant and bar spread over three levels on Jl Campuhan in ubud. While staying in ubud for two weeks, we frequented Casa Luna for our arvo caffeine hit with a selection... More

We dropped by for late but very welcome coffee and cake after a long day's sight-seeing. Whilst disappointingly the cake was slightly dry this was more than made up for by the excellent cappuccino. So good was the coffee that we returned two day's later for a cappuccino before breakfast at our hotel.

Paella was tasty. Nice place, good vibe. Service was just so so - waitresses could use a little more personality. Would come back.

This has been our second trip to Ubud and Casa Luna as a destination restaurant. The food is always good quality, well cooked and presented.Selection is good, we like Indonesian cuisine and selected from local dishes. The standout dish was Betutu Bebec - the smoked duck. This dish has to be ordered 24 hrs in advance and 50 % deposit upfront. Delicious... More

We went here twice in our 5 day trip to Ubud. Just loved the ambience and the happy hour....and those tasty complimentary nibbles. Attentive service and great food. We also used the shuttle service to dine at Indah's on another night (also excellent).

Found the place as it was the location for a writers convention earlier in the year, so the patronage includes folks like Amitav Ghosh and Alexander McCall Smith. Came here multiple times during our stay in Ubud, and were never disappointed. The entrance floor has a cozy cafe feel to it, and the floor beneath is quite richly appointed, with... More

The food was excellent - as it always has been but the service was very haphazard making this a disappointing evening. I had the Pumpkin Ravioli with Basil Lemon sauce - it tasted wonderful but was not up to the standard I have had previously. Poor presentation and slow service (the cutlery came after the meal arrived). I'll go back... More

Huge restaurant, with a sense of emptiness. I went for an afternoon pastry and coffee. My partner had chocolate mouse which he though was bellow average and I had an apple cheese cake which was dry and "where were the apples?". I won't go back.

After reading Fragrant Rice I was keen to visit here. A large restaurant on multi levels but still with a cosy, comfortable feel. We visited at lunch time but I choose to have sticky rice and it was worth it. Squirrels in the trees out the back add to the tranquil feel.
