We just came back from dinner at warung Saya and everything was wonderful! The food was absolutely delicious, and the owner is a very kind man. We will definitely go back on our next trip to Ubud. This tiny place made our evening very romantic as well. This little restaurant deserves to be known by all!

We have reserved the table with Mr. Amier by SMS few days before arriving in Bali. We visited on 14 November 6pm for dinner. We had all the mains from the menu, wine and beer. Fabulous! Mr. Amier wasn't well due to his puppy was missing. Still, made effort to host us for the whole evening as prior reservation. We... More

A handful of menu items and you need to reserve and order in advance. Food is carefully hand-made from scratch and the difference shows. There are only a few tables so the feel is very intimate. The food is not classically Balinese but Asian-fusion with Balinese subtlety. A great and interesting place. Our second favorite resto in Ubud. One insight... More

Amazing food!!! Such a good experience, one of the best places we ate in Ubud. We even came back the next night! Approx $8 at most for a dish. 2 tables only in this tiny restaurant so drop in the night before to book!

Not sure why the last person wrote that comment because this is the best food and experiance we have had whilst in Bali. Ahmir the owner is great. He has travelled through Asia and uses different countries food in all his cooking. He makes all his sauces from scratch and doesnt use bottle sauces like most places in Bali. We... More

The entire experience was ruined by the pretentious rude owner, the food was very very average and overpriced compared with other restuarants. We were the only people dining there and know undersand why. There are far better options nearby.

In a tiny little kitchen with only three tables, Amier creates the most delicious meals. My biggest regret? I didn't reserve for more dinners. Wonderful atmosphere, faultless food...what more to say?

We would usually walk past a place like this but I had read the reviews and we made a point of finding it and booking for the next day. I am so glad we did. The owner cooks when you arrive and it took a little while but the wine was cold and the atmosphere lovely so we chilled out... More

Everything this owner/chef/waiter makes is delicious. You need to come and make a reservation for the next day and it's really small so it's a little hard to find, but it's worth the trouble. We had our last meal in Ubud and we wish we had ate there a couple more times. He does some amazing combination with his flavors.... More

This quaint little restaurant is absolutely unique. You must have a reservation. Pre order your meal at time of booking. They are BYO which is very unusual for Ubud. 1 man band cooking, serving and waiting. Superb flavours and ambience is so unusual. You are either dining on the side of the road or in the very small restaurant interior.... More
