Nice Kitch Decor

Loved all the lights and nic nacs. Food was tasty and reasonably priced. Didn't set my world on fire but there was absolutely nothing wrong with it either. My partner thought the meatball soup was fantastic and the service was very good and friendly

Ok I must admit since the passing of my Mother (indonesian) I had long longed for a good Rendang (sort of traditional meat stew) and well guess what, I found one place that does it Bernadette's , mind you not as good as Mums but a very very close second. Great Healthy Juices and offcourse a great either Beef or... More

Funky atmosphere. Fairly busy so you may end up sharing a table. I really enjoyed my meatball noodle soup.

I walked in at 2 pm. I was the only person in the place. I had samosas and the beef rendang. Both dishes were fantastic. The service was good and my food arrive in good time. The beef truly melted in my mouth.

Yes, the Rendang (we had beef) is fantastic! Bernadette’s son, Charles, served our table, and he is a delightful person. Worth a visit for the Rendang!

The restaurant was quite crowded the everning of our visit, which is probably common during the high season. The staff was friendly and the famous Beef Rentang a great experience !!

Not sure if this is a restaurant converted into a vintage shop or the opposite. Anyway this gives a trendy look and good vibe to the place. I went for the classic beef rendang. I recommend the dish if you try Bernadette.

We visited Waroeng Bernadette after it was raved about in the lonely planet book for Bali. It is a quaint place set off the main road in Ubud with a very unique set up. There are two floors, a small reception/paying desk and kitchen and industrial style decorations. There are benches that look out onto the road/shops across the way... More
