The good: Starters - Tempe and samosas both good - promising start The bad - everything else - aloof waiter who didn't want to be there, half the things we wanted were 'finished' and unavailable, the mains (beef Rangoon and nasi goreng) were both very average and were mostly left unbeaten. The unexpected tax on the bill. We have been... More

We had the Jackfruit Rendang (Amazing), Rawon (Wickedly Good), Sop Buntot (Out of this World) and the Chicken something which I can't really remember. Anyway, we thoroughly enjoyed dinner here and Bernadette brought great energy to the place. Oh yes, have the Bernadette Tea... Definitely worth a visit. :-)

Went here with my friend without any expectations (the restaurant we were planning to go to was full) and ended up having one of our best dinners on bali. Very warm athmosphere, the staff is lovely and makes sure you feel very welcomed. Food was really great too.

I did fell in love to this restaurant. Decoration of this place is so cool. This place is like ultimate hipster restaurant without any hipsters. Staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is warm. Like you would have come to your friends livingroom. Food was great. The only thing to whine about is that they had no licence to sell... More

The beef rendang was absolutely delicious. I only wished it had been spicier but gladly I had more sambal added and that did the trick. Really big portions. Don't order starters unless you are starving. The setting is also quite charming. I didn't run into Bernadette but the staff were very nice.

I am staying across the street at Iman Homestay (another great find, by the way. It's immaculate, updated and friendly.) And at lunch time, I headed out to find a cheap place that would satisfy my American sized appetite and high standards of hygiene. I walked about 50 meters down the street and there is this stylish little cafe with... More

We had a delicious (enak!) dinner here. I had the Kari Ikan which was a fresh tuna curry with a boiled egg, corn cake fritter, vegetables, kropuk, and steamed rice. This is a great little place.
