Take yourself to Atman for a cozy and relaxed rest away from the hubbub of sightseeing....their Vietnamese chicken salad was a delight to the taste buds, as was their homemade soups: I tried the tomato and the spinach/potato - both were delicious. Their gelato ice cream served with hot chocolate sauce was also a pleasure to eat! Attentive service, great... More

The staff is professional, but the food was average at best. I didn't like that they allowed people to wear shoes on the the cushions. It's quite unhygienic and inconsiderate to other guests. I also observed one of the kitchen staff accidentally drop a knife into a trash bin and pick it up just to put it back on the... More

Sensational little cafe with great service. The menu is varied and caters for many dietary choices. Chose from beautiful fresh juices, colourful salads and delicious breakfasts...but seriously, its hard to go past sipping on the the cold pressed coffee with salt and caramel as you lay back on a bed of cushions and watch the world go by. Heaven in... More

While kind of trendy looking...Atman has a cozy and relaxed feel, especially when you sit back and relax cross legged on cushions while people watching on Hanoman Street. Great friendly service and delicious food. Tapas type meals, as well as western style and indonesian choices on the menu. To rehydrate from the Bali heat, treat yourself to full coconut (water)... Every single meal I have had at Atman has been amazing! Their menu caters for gluten free, vegetarian and vegan diets. I highly recommend the coconut crusted mahi mahi (YUM!), Jukut Urab, Balinese Curry (one of the best I've ever had!) and Dadar Gulung for dessert. We have been there many many times, but if you are unlucky enough to have to sit inside, it will change the experience. It feels quite dark and gloomy inside, with little atmosphere. Would totally benefit from an overhaul with the interior layout. The food is superb though.

The staff were friendly, but the food was average. I had a noodle soup which was nice, but very small. The caramel coffee is worth trying even if it's just to go through the motion of putting the whole thing together (the coffee, caramel, sugar syrup, salt, all comes separately so you have to put the components together)

We went all out and got organic red rice nasi goreng, house made kombucha, coconut water and raw cheesecake and avocado mousse for desert. Everything was absolutely perfect and the restaurant is raised so great to sit & watch. Will be going back tomorrow before we leave

Having been a regular patron over the last 6 months. My last visit will be my last unfortunately. We found this great cafe open after early morning cycling.Have enjoyed the coffee's and juices. The menu is extensive and offers a wide range catering for all.The staff are wonderful and always welcoming. It can be busy with the WI-FI crowd taking up tables and drinking... I was walking down the street feeling quite exhausted, when I decided to stop for a late breakfast. Atman Cafe was a regenerating surprise. I had scrambled eggs with tofu. Cooked just perfectly, a hit of mint made it interesting and some spicy tomato sauce on top conferred the perfect combination. Good fresh juice too. Another highlight was the lounge-like... More
