Great little place and worth a visit

My wife and I found this gem whilst stopping in Ubud. Fortunately it was around 5pm that we went for something to eat because it wasn't to busy. An hour later we wouldn't have got a table. First of all you will need to book, just rocking up and expecting a table isn't always possible as this is a relatively small place with limited seating. Now once you are inside be prepared to enjoy one of the best meals you will have in Bali. The host is wonderful and waiters excellent. We tried to book however they... More

After a bit of looking around we finally found the place, and it was worth the effort! The food menu is a bit restricted but delicious. Loved the chicken & mushroom noodles- very spicy & full of flavour! Drinks are cheap, loved the pinacolada. The place is a little cramped and full so service is a tad bit slow. Wish... More

We were very fortunate to arrive early enough to get the last table of 2 for dinner before the next sitting came in- lots of others got turned away soon after us so I would recommend booking if you can. The menu was very simple but the food did not disappoint- packed with flavour! The staff were all very welcoming... More

We looked for this warung after reading about it on Tripadvisor and were not disappointed. The staff were friendly, explained the daily specials, were attentive and all smiled. The owner personally greets each guest and checks that they are happy with their meal. My husband had a chicken curry with noodles and I chose the tofu curry with a coconut... More

Very good quality food for a pretty decent price pp. The starting naan dipped is curry sauce, the noodle course and last but not least the coconut covered pudding are definitely worth a shot! The only issue of this place is the long reservation queue. For diners between 19:00 to 20:30, reservations were full for 3 full days.

Let me start by saying this place deserves all the praise it gets here on TA. Geraldine is the owner and runs a fantastic establishment. The wait staff are very friendly and explain everything on the menu. They even ask if you have any allergies to nuts. We had the Daily Special pork curry, which was a flavour sensation, followed...
