Disappointing and over priced!

After being seated on a lovely table, and greeted by good staff with good attitudes. The dishes turned out to be very small, be warned. For the price that the duck is and what they seem to pride themselves on, all we had was a plate of bones. There was probably a teaspoon worth of meat on the duck... read more

I can't understand how the signature dish of the restaurant can be so disappointing: overfried duck is overpriced. Don't waste your time and money, there are lots of much better places to dine in Ubud.

Great location and only a 5 minutes walk from Nick's Homestay. The food was average with nothing to write home about. Drink lists was quite extensive and definitely better and more memorable than the food. I personally enjoy the open concept that this restaurant has to offer and the no hurry approach towards their customer is what I enjoy. Will... More

I was recommended to eat after meeting someone on a flight who had been there. I wasn't disappointed. I had a lemon chicken type dish which was refreshing in the heat, followed by an excellent fruit salad. My only disappointment/surprise was on receiving the bill... I had got through several bottles of water and the price for these was excessive.... More

went on recommendation. Was extremely disappointed, worst meal in Bali. The duck had been deep fried to a crisp, like eating a burnt corpse. Very very little meat. To top it off side dishes not good either 3 out of 4 way too hot. All at expensive price plus 15%tax.

The food is not the greatest (the duck is famously overfried and a bit dry, the sambal too oily) but the setting is magnificent and along with other menu items, this can be a delight. I've been here 12 years before and then went last July (2014). My wife and I went in the evening and being busy we were... More

This has got to be one of the coolest restaurants I've ever seen in my life. It's like eating in ancient temple, picking apart the tastiest fried duck with your hands, making a mess and thinking to yourself "where the hell am I?".

Delicious aromatics used to marinate the duck and it was fried so throughly that we could bite through the bones. This was the highlight of our lunch besides the padi field view. The sambal matar wasn't one of the best we had eaten. Too much coconut oil and the shallots were soggy. If there is only a dish that you... More

This place is one of the most popular that most of people who go to Bali shouldn't miss it! The dirty duck is really delicious, crispy and crunchy.. I would definitely recommend all the travelers to visit
