I ordered the original crispy duck, but to be honest I wasn't that impressed with the taste. I did love the smoothies though and cheesecake.

Surprised this restaurant isn't rated higher than the curremt TA number. Many Ubud restaurants over look a rice field at the back. The walk to the back of this one takes a while but it's worth it. Ask for an upstairs table for a better view and to catch the breeze. Service is fine given the extensive size of the... More

Oooo where do I even start. Being in Ubud itself is already like a dream. Green rice fields, funky art galleries, romantic Balinese restaurants and the food. O.My.God. South East Asian food has got to be one of the sexiest. Lemon grass, blue ginger, kaffir lime leaves....served by the most gentle people. Dirty Duck was huge compared to the normal... More

We went to this restaurant as our guide told us it was the place to get crispy duck. We immediately knew something wasn't right when we entered as you normally get a really warm welcome from everyone in Bali, but not at this place. We were shown to a table quite a way through the garden. We were quickly given... More

I feel that the experience of eating here was more pleasant than the food.. its a lovely relaxed atmosphere . I do think that some of the seating/soft furnishings is looking a little tired and worn. Other than that the gardens are very pretty and the food is average.

We dropped in after a long morning walking and sightseeing, hot, bedraggled and looking for something cool and refreshing. The staff were attentive and cheerful. My husband ordered the Bebek Bengil Pot (half a duck) and I had the Gado Gado. Each was excellent and very tasty. We enjoyed our lunch immensely. Toilets were clean. Our lunch, including many drinks,... More

I don't like giving bad reviews but this place is so huge and so popular, I think it can take it. The dirty duck was recommended from a number of sources, especially its crispy duck. At first things were promising...the place is huge, and very beautiful, and we were led out the back to a view over the rice field,... More

We read the reviews for this place and decided to try it. The crispy duck was not bad..quite tasty. We also ordered crispy chicken, satay and the pork ribs. Overall the food was not too bad...price was ok ($100 for 6 adults). The restaurant is set in a paid field area...so quite pretty. Service took a while when we asked... More

We have accidentally stumbled upon Bebek Bengil when exploring Ubud, which was perfect as my family members were craving the famous Balinese duck. The front of the entrance is quite deceiving, so don't be too alarmed :) The atmosphere in the restaurant is amazing! The territory is massive with private patios and so many secluded areas, which make you feel... More
