Authentic Italian style with Balinese flavours.

Came across the Gelato Secrets in Jl Raya and was amazed at the quality of the sorbettos. So fresh and authentic - as good as the best in Sicily! The flavours were so refreshingly Balinese - lemongrass, dragonfruit and cinnamon, passionfruit, lime and ginger, were my favourites.

Very good sorbetto and gelato! Perfect for a hot walk around town and many flavors to choose from. We went to the one on monkey forest road although I believe there is another one close by. About 50 idr for 2 scoops but worth it. Small place. Basically outside with 2 small tables. Stop in and enjoy delicious gelato!

Love the variety of flavour which are really quite unique. The raw organic chocolate and the caramel one are our favourite. The charcoal with vanilla has quite a unique texture as well. One of our favourite to go icecream place in Ubud.

We decided to have icecream dessert after lunching at Ibu Oka (definitely recommended for lunch) and chance upon Gelato Secrets! I tried two scoops of chocolate flavours (price: IDR40,000 which is only S$4 considerably cheap) - Organic raw chocolate with chocolate chunks and sea salt and Chocolate with brownie bits! They are so yummy, eaten alone or together! However they... More

Located conveniently along the main Jalan Raya Ubud. Friendly staff and love the ambience and deco of cafe. They do have a wide variety of flavours. Dragonfruit and Lemongrass are my 2 favourite flavours. YUMMYLICIOUS!!!!!

I was trying the salted caramel because of others' review and it was not a let down at all. Mint choco-chip is another must-try.

The perfect cool down during a busy day at Ubud city center. Make sure to try the new flavors and venture into something of the beaten path. The black sesame (limited time as written in their August 2015 board) and the cinnamon flavors are top of the list and a must try. The location is fantastic for those street photographers... More

I had the raw chocolate and salted caramel - both were scrumptious, especially the chocolate. Also tried the vanilla which my husband was having - also v good. Very much recommend as an afternoon or post-dinner treat!

If you like ice cream this is a must try! We went to the parlour on Raya Ubud. The coconut was delicious, as was the salted caramel, chocolate and the monthly special: cheesecake & passion fruit. Our only complaint was that on our third visit (!) the lovely waffle cones had run out by 9.45pm and this on a Monday... More

This place had a large queue so I wrongly assumed this would be good Gelato. The staff were due and abrupt. I got two scoops of the mint choc chip icecream for 400,000IDR. It was nice and creamy but had no flavour whatsoever. I gave it to my husband who also disliked it so it ended up in the bin.... More
