You must try this restaurant when in Ubud. Stunning site overlooking the river/cliffs/mountains. Lovely architecture. Similar food to Casa Luna from my experience. High quality presentation, good serving and nice friendly staff. Do yourself a favour.

Restaurant was fairly quiet when we went for a late lunch. Great views from our outdoor table. Enjoyable to sit and relax outside on the balcony while having a meal. Lunch meals were good and service excellent. You can see it would be a great spot for dinner and entertainment...

Went to Indus tonight and had the 'fresh fish Friday' special, it was delicious whole snapper cooked upto 4 different ways with enough sides for 2 people to share, I highly recommend coming in for this special event just a shame we won't be here to do it again next week

We adore this restaurant. The food is consistently superb; the architecture magnificent; the music vibrant but at a comfortable volume and the staff friendly and attentive. On clear days you can see the magnificent Mt Agung an active volcano and the centre of the Balinese spirit. We have been coming to this restaurant for decades but almost always had our... More

This restaurant is locatrd very near Ubud center. We sat on the balcony on the 2nd floor. What a beautiful view!!! The green valley, the rice padi field. Just wonderful. The cakes are delicious and the waitresses are full of smiles. The music is Indian inspired and calming. A perfect place to have a coffee break in Ubud.

We went to the lovely Indus Restaurant for dinner for their one of their Thursday night salsa parties and to listen to the Indonesian Latino band Buena Tierra. The last time that we were in Ubud, we saw one of the lead singers from the "Gypsy Kings" sit in with this band at the Indus. What a major thrill for... More

We know Indus Restaurant since quite a few years and had to go back there to see whether we could repeat the nice experience we were used to. The only thing that hadn't changed was the fantastic view. We were nearly the only guests to have dinner and so the service was o.k. The quality of the food was just... More

This is a must 'go to' when in Ubud!!! Owned and operated by an Australian women, Indus, reflects the true Balinese culture mixed with modern western cuisine. The food is amazing, well thought and prepared and the atmosphere of the restaurant is a true dining experience, the restruant looks out onto the natural beauty of the Ubud forests. It is... More

We had good food here but the real drawcard is the fabulous view and the ambience of the restaurant. It's a great spot to take photos. The service could be better, they were not very attentive. Definitely a must for lunch when travelling to Ubud.

Perched on the edge of the Tjampuhan Valley the views are wonderful so arrive there before dark. We had a table on the balcony overlooking the river until a storm struck and we had to move inside. The service was excellent. The menu has a range of Balinese, various Asian and European dishes, including a choice of vegetarian meals. The... More
