Ideally located next to the football field in central Ubud on Jalan Dewi Sita (just off Monkey Forest Road), Tutmak has consistently gained popularity since opening its doors in a smaller space across the road in 1994. Over the years, maintaining our basic concept of good coffee, fresh food and home-style atmosphere has time and again won over new fans and brought back loyal regulars, both local and international.

Relaxing brunch!

We had a lovely brunch here with a nice coffee. It was nice & light - lovely hummus with eggs & pita bread. There are a lot of other food options. Definitely would go back again to try other items on the menu. We sat facing a large football field at a low table. Good food, good coffee, good... read more

This is my favorite restaurant due to an open view to football field, good food, reasonable price and the fact that they are among small amount of restaurant which open early in the morning for breakfast.

If you grab a table overlooking the soccer fields watching the kids on the field you can forget the ever present litter & get into the slower pace of life in Bali. Coffee was as good as I have had, & the food is good. Visited number of times.

Had Nasi Campur for dinner. It's enough to fill you up. Simple yet tasty meal. I chose chicken, it was crispy and flavourful. The chilli compliment the whole meal. Didn't regret ordering that.

I enjoyed a lovely meal with friends at Tutmak but on the way out I dropped my wallet on the footpath without realising it. One of the staff members found it and brought it to the manager who kept it safe and returned it to me, with all the contents intact, when I retraced my steps the next morning. I... More

Different seating areas / levels and good to be able to enjoy a meal sitting on upper level and be able to look along the busy streets and 'people watch'. Good service, enjoyed lunch for two of small beer and best ever fresh orange juice (glass not full up of ice leaving little room for juice as can be the... More

We travelled with another couple and stumbled across Tutmak and we were delighted that we did. The venue was nice, clean, friendly wait staff and efficient. Then our meals came out and WOW. My friend and I both ordered the Tuna with mushroom dish and it was amazing. My partner had Kwae Tieu which he loved. It was the first... More

I don't know why they are well rated. The location is nice, but the food is a dissapointment for a place like Ubud. Ordered a fresh coconut for drink, it was too old to be able to eat the meat and the juice not chilled. Both the Indonesian and Western dish were disappointing. You can get great food for their... Chanced upon this resturant. Ordered their spicy thai beef salad and beef rendang. Have to say, the taste is over expectation and it will definately worth returning again. Simple and not over doing it, that summarise all.

My first visit was in year 2008. Their food are still consistent in taste and presentation. Today I had lunch at Tutmak. My appetizers was Vietnam fresh spring roll (a clear wrap spring roll made of rice and the stuffing are clear noddle, fine cut carrot, basil leaf, mint leaf, spring onion, with chicken) served in four cut with delicious...
