Ideally located next to the football field in central Ubud on Jalan Dewi Sita (just off Monkey Forest Road), Tutmak has consistently gained popularity since opening its doors in a smaller space across the road in 1994. Over the years, maintaining our basic concept of good coffee, fresh food and home-style atmosphere has time and again won over new fans and brought back loyal regulars, both local and international.

Fresh and Tasty meals

Its not often you go to a other land and have special moments with the food experience. Tutmak in Ubud was a complete surprise, a mixture of Local dishes and also mix of other Asian style fushion cooking, all must say vey good. Came here many times over the years... like the ambience, multilevel sitting, attentive service and the food is always good quality, fresh. We enjoyed the daily special spicy bean soup and the Moroccan Chicken salad.

One of the better restaurants that will serve dinner after 9.30pm. On our visit the owner was on hand and made sure that we were attended to promptly. My back was a bit sore so they made sure we had plenty of cushions as we sat at one of the traditional low dining tables. Plenty of diners when we were... More

Excellent coffee, brownie. Phad Thai was good as was beef rendang and mee goreng. Middle Eastern platter wasn't great. Service very slow. Sugar cane with ginger and lime was very refreshing. A great place to stop

I have been going to Tutmak for years and have never been disappointed. The food is all good and tasty. This is not a place to go for a gourmet meal but if you are looking for a good simple meal, coffee or a snack in a central location - its hard to beat. The coffee is very good. I... More

We have been visiting Tutmak for over 6 years, we come to Bali every 2 years. Every visit we have at least one meal at Tutmak. The food is great value, tasty and offers a broad menu. This time I had the Middle Eastern Plate - dips, falafel, pita bread and mixed salad.

This is a great cafe. We had lunch here on July 20th. The Thai green curry was really authentic and the Thai beef salad even better. They have specials too. I tried the hickory chicken sandwich & it was nice. The minestrone soup also looked very good. The staff were friendly and the location very easy to get around to all... More
