Description: Ideally located next to the football field in central Ubud on Jalan Dewi Sita (just off Monkey Forest Road), Tutmak has consistently gained popularity since opening its doors in a smaller space across the road in 1994. Over the years, maintaining our basic concept of good coffee, fresh food and home-style atmosphere has time and again won over new fans and brought back loyal regulars, both local and international.

Visited here for breakfast. Good service, excellent food....delicious 'mexican omelette', best coffee, great pancakes for the kids...lovely restaurant environment. Plenty of staff on to attend to your needs. Wi-fi provided to check those emails/banking. Clean bathrooms. Would happily try other meals here, a great find. We will return!!

Tutmaks is the sort of place which always delivers what you had hoped for. I think if you were dipping your toe in the culinary water's of Ubud and needed a cold beer, excellent coffee or a well presented full meal then Tutmaks would be my first choice. Yes there are a lot of fantastic places to eat in the... More

We went back to Tutmak every day. The coffee was great, the toilets very clean (not so common in Bali), good tables, good location and great breakfast. The menu even offers muffins and the freshly made waffles are superb!

So disappointed at the extremely slow food service, especially breakfast. The plate of food has clearly pre-cooked and therefore cold items mixed with, say, fried eggs. But the worst thing is the constant smell of cigarettes from the coffee bar area - I went at several times of the day searching for the "old" Tutmak. So I have lost one... More

We walked past Tutmak and were immediately drawn inside, it has such a relaxed atmosphere. We sat on the first floor which is directly opposite a lane leading to the Ubud market, great for people watching!! We did not eat here, only had a few drinks. The beer was not super cold, but they did a great iced tea! The... More

Coffee did not live up to expectations.. but as with all coffee most likely depends on the Barista. Nice location and ambience.

The look of the restaurant draws people off the street. Nice tables overlooking the street where you can sit and watch the world go by. BUT.... The food was overcooked and had burnt bits on it which meant that all we could taste was charcoal. Very dissapointing, wouldn't eat here again.
