JEGEG= beautiful woman. warm athmosphere, welcoming drink, good food and authentic personnel, authentic cuisine and kitchen. for the first time in Bali I didn't feel like a little wheel in this huge turist industry. all the little things like the drink and krupuk welcoming you in their restaurant, the candy and the little hand-made bamboo doll (a grass hopper o... Range of local and Western food available although prices aren't cheap for Indonesian prices and portions are relatively small. Taste wasn't bad but we've had better at other Indonesian restaurants so the food wasn't particularly memorable. The tuna fish in mango sauce in particular was dry Service is quite slow (waited at least 30 minutes for the main course) especially... More

We were staying in the area for a couple of weeks and made our way around a fair few of the restaurants available. We initially walked past Jegeg but came back and had a great surprise. Service was prompt for drinks but the kitchen is perhaps too small but the wait is worth it for the meal that follows. Good... More

We stopped here whilst on a full day guided tour and found it to be a great place. The selection of traditional Indonesian food was great with a fantastic view over the Rice Terraces below. The portions were very generous and the service friendly and efficient with very reasonable prices to match. We would highly suggest you visit here if... More

If you want a long wait after your order then this is the place. We have been in Sanur many times and the long wait has not changed. We will never return as we ordered fish and chips and the fish was not edable, it was grey in colour and did not have the usual pleasant aroma. We sent it... More

We ordered indo dishes and the satay, mie/nasi goreng were all good. Reasonable prices and friendly service. Just outside across from kamuela villas. Would go again.

Met with welcome drink..cocktails cold and really nice. Cold beer! Food choice is extensive and quality of food excellent. Only issue was people smoking cigars in the restaurant while we were eating. .

This just just across the road from Kamuela Villas, where we stayed. Hosts were very polite and friendly without being pushy. The food was excellent, service very good, and a very nice ambience to it. Overall, a very good experience considering it was our first time in Sanur (having previously stayed in Legian).

Didnt eat there this trip but have eaten there in the past. The food is reasonable at a reasonable price. Probably best suited for a casual lunch. The highlight though is the massage parlour located in the back of the restaurant which we would visit most nights after going out for dinner. As most massage places in sanur are not... More
