You come to the Gateway for the food and not the décor. A clutch of employee scooters parked inside the front of the restaurant gives you a sense of the importance of a dining atmosphere. Delicious food. The masala dosai was amazing. We ordered about 6 dishes and each one was great. The paneer is definately recommended too. The portions and a good size and it makes a nice change from the other restaurant food. It is also reasonably priced. Cannot say a bad word about the place....totally recommended if you enjoy authentic indian cuisine.

Had 2 meals here so far this trip, 8 people each time and thoroughly enjoyed it. My meal first visit was spicy Rogan Josh, excellent with the best garlic Naan bread, second visit tried medium and not as nice as spicy but still really nice, will stick to spicy in future. Would recommend this restaurant for the food.

We tried vegetarian food at Sanur Bali and really were very disappointed, if this is what they sale as Indian Vegetarian Food, I really pity on people who eat it. People who are new to Vegetarian Indian food, please do not visit this place, that is not The Indian food at all!
