This restaurant claims to have the best carrot cake in Bali !! I'd have to agree !!! We ate here several times and the food was great. The only reason I haven't give it 5 stars is because the service can be a bit hit and misss !!! Sometimes it's great, sometimes the staff seem more interested in chatting away... More

From the healthy drinks, the light bites, sandwiches, hot meals to desserts, everything on Cafe Smorgas is healthy, tasty and average price. The chef is local with a good western/european background. For me, one of the highlights is the chocolate volcano is a must! The cafe is located on a quite busy street but the ambience is very nice. The... More

We have just returned to Sydney from Sanur, Bali. If you want relief from sate and curries, Café Smorgas is your place. Although they do serve Balinese and Indonesian food, they also do straight forward ham cheese tomato and lettuce sandwiches on fresh bread, and have excellent coffee. You can eat outside or inside. Inside is airconditioned, so again, offers... More

Nice place to have a lunch too. Very fresh food, nice menu with something for everyone. Is specialized in cakes etc. Staff is friendly but drinks and food is not delivered in one go per table of two but put on the table when ready. Some better planning in the kitchen should help fix this.

I forgot the name but I had the tuna with penne pasta, that great but a little plain, because i expect it cheesy, it's just creamy. The smorgas meat ball was good, it's unique because served with strawberry jam, but not sweet, just original sour strawberry taste. They also had viking burger, which for whom can eat it between some... More

The burger is to drool over. The fries are fresh cut and fried (not the frozen stick kind) and I go once a week for my fill of their burger ;-))) The burger is so good, I haven't tried anything else on their menu! The coffee, milkshake and fresh juices are also very good. The banana bread, chocolate cheesecake...yum!

We went here for lunch on our son's recommendation. Yes food quality is very good with good sized servings, but more expensive than some of the warung's. Depends on your budget

We ate here for lunch on one day as it was on our way to Hardys. We wanted to have a couple of Bintangs and a quick bite. Took them a while to bring out the drinks and there was a pretty big gap between when my parter received his food to when I got mine. I suppose this is... More
