Awesome Food!!!

We were on a foodie spree and came here after our brunch at The Glass House. Ordered the Sloppy Johan which was delicious, with very fresh capsicum and juicy meat. We got the salad with feta cheese as well, and boy, are they generous with the cheese! Cheese with every bite and the combination... read more

Living in Bali for the last 5 years I have eaten at Smörgås many times, it used to be a favorite place of mine in Sanur but this morning (01.04.2015) that oppinion was changed. The café was nearly empty but the waitress didn't even have time to look at us as she dumped the menu on our table and turned... More

Came here twice for brunch when last in Sanur. Reliable coffee and fruit drinks. The kids, (1 and 4yo) loved the milk shakes and when passing Smorgas would ask for a treat. The muffins/cakes were excellent and somewhat overpriced by Balinese standards, but realistically cheap. The presentation was clean and service was excellent. This cafe is definitely catering for the... More

I go for lunch, and love the beef lasagna. It is not cheap, so a little annoying to always have to flag down a waitress for my bill. They are not attentive. I would like to bring friends to eat there but the nice outdoor ambiance can be ruined by smokers. If you banned smoking and improved service a little... More

Good coffee and selection of snacks and freshly made cakes. Nice staff, prices a little bit higher but worth it.

Stopped by for lunch needing a bit of a western food fix after 3 1/2 weeks of Indonesian food. This place had amazing burgers. The cafe had both indoor and outdoor seating and fans to keep you cool even with the heat and humidity. Enjoyed our burger and fries in this lovely cafe. Service was great and the value for... More

Staying in Sanur we tend to venture out for breakfast and Cafe Smorgas is our favourite on the street. Consistently good food and great breakfast meal combos where the staff is willing to adjust the food to your liking.

We ate here yesterday and my tuna tasted fishy and nachos were really bad (cheese tasted paper etc). When I politely gave some feedback, they didn´t want to take that. So I would say I enjoyed service here.... Desert cakes are nice like apple pie.
