top javanese food in bali

I always eat in here every visit bali. I think alot javanese food restaurants in kuta and legian, but not all restaurants is have good taste. Nikmat is my favourite javanese reataurant. Try the bakwan and terong balado, it's very nice.

serve many kinds of Javanese food style, until you can't choose what do you want to eat. you can choose the buffet or ala carte menu and come with big portion. clean environment also. the price is very reasonable. their service is very superb, friendly. unfortunately, they don't have a big space for car park.

Expect a line when you visit Warung Nikmat at lunchtime. However, that same line is testament to the great food here. The varied selection of dishes on display will definitely whet your appetite. If you are going with company, I would suggest doing as I did with my friend by ordering a sharing portion, so you get to taste a... More

First time trying Indonesian economy rice. It's similar to the type offered in Malaysia and other countries, but this place has an exceptional variety of dishes. One worry with economy rice is, "Gee... How long has this food been out here!?" But with Warung Nikmat, you know the food is fresh. The long lines at lunchtime prove that the food... More

10 of us ate there and it costs us less than IDR400,000 inclusive of drinks. Ordered 4 ayam penyet (which is not on the menu but spied a waitress serving it), 4 fried chicken, and an assortment of other things. Avacado drink is good too. Food is ok but it's worth it to go there for the experience of eating... More

Indonesian cuisine, not Bali authentic. It's Javanese food. Belong to Javanes that has been live in Bali long enough. Food taste good. Price very cheap. Even some foreigners ate at the restaurant.

The Nasi Ayam Penyet is very good and the price is quite reasonable. We are stayed at Flora Hotel Kuta which is only 3 minutes to this restaurant and they served halal foods.

Always visited this place when I come to Denpasar, Bali. Never missed. This restaurant provide traditional Indonesian food. And the unique one, you'll given a plastic card for total amount if your food's price. And this restaurant is very very cheap if you are a budget traveller. Very very recommended.
