lovely oasis in the middle of jl 66

First thing you should know: IGNORE THE MAP on trip advisor, the place is NOT where stated on the map. If you enlarge the map, you will find the “pearl restaurant” further east. As you go down Jl. 66, look on the left for the pearl, go down that small street, turn right, and there it is in a... read more

Having found this on Trip advisor we thought we'd have a look. Sri , the owner chef is delightful & friendly. It's very relaxed & totally out of all the " building sites" & the new wave Of Trendy & expensive restaurants. It's MORE than a cafe though, she cooked us a delicious Fish & very fresh Prawn dinner. Not... More

With all the crap hotel development and their western restaurants it is just delightful to dine in a rambling garden setting at Jadi. Authentic dishes true to their region are all beautifully prepared and presented by the lovely Sri. Just loved it.

This Backyard Cafe (Jadi Cafe) is the same Jadi's Home Cafe which is also listed in tripadvisor under Kuta restaurant. This is not restaurant after all. It is just a small cafe with about 5 tables located at the home backyard of the owner/chef. But it is a good experience as the ambience was nice & very balinese. The food was... More

Jadi's cafe is as authentic as it gets! You are in a local ladies backyard eating from her outdoor kitchen. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed and the food is incredible. As there is only one lady cooking, the meals are slow to come out but it is worth the wait and is nice not to be in a rush!... More

If you want beautiful, fresh, tasty home cooked food at the best price, you can't go past Jadi's. Sri cooks the food in a kitchen in her backyard, and the setting is just gorgeous. On our first visit, I had the lime chicken and my husband had the Borneo fish. Both were amazing and flavoursome. We decided to come back... More

You will find this place off the laneway that runs down to Bali Pearl off Double Six: follow it around to the right from the hotel. Here, Jadi (from Borneo) cooks up a storm in her outdoor kitchen, while you sit in the garden, admiring her dexterity, and sipping a beer or wine. The cooking takes a long time, because... More

Visited Sri at Jadi Cafe last week with family. The food was devine! My stepmother had called ahead to order so the wait would be reduced. There is no real menu, you simply tell Sri what you fancy and she produces something delicious. We had Chicken curry with lime. The best black pepper prawns, Beef with oyster sauce and steamed...
