Food as always was good although did make our curries a bit hotter than usual. Went twice in our 2 week stay & on 2nd visit the service wasn't good. Slow to bring drinks but could be because the manager wasn't there this time

The setting & design of this restaurant is superb and the food was excellent. I ate there twice, once inside and once out in the garden area and enjoyed both. Authentic food, good service and traditional dress for the helpful staff made it a very enjoyable experience from start to finish. Highly recommend.

My wife and I have always loved the place - the food is authentic, the service is good and the atmosphere is great considering it is on the main Tuban strip. However, sad news. The Kunyit is part of the Santika hotel. The hotel and restaurant are closing in October for a major refurb to make the hotel bigger and... More

Have passed this restaurant many times but this is the first time we stopped in for something to eat and it will be the last time too. Not that the meal was bad or anything - it was good and well presented, and the restaurant was pleasant but to me the service was lacking and I can get equally as... More

We live an hour away, but the Kunyit Bali on Tuesday nights is well worth the drive. We go as often as we can for the Kunyit Bali. Food is delicious!

The significant difference when dining at Kunyit is they way they present the food to you and the extras they include that round out the overall eating experience. Even a simple Nasi Goreng is something special. Great garden surrounds a real treat in Tuban Thoroughly recommended and must for any visit to Bali.

My wife and I like this place, so far we had been here more than 4 times. Last meal, we just ordered a seafood set, urapan (Balinese sausage and bacons) and dessert sampler. As usual all taste good, the sambal is not as spicy to my liking, but then again it may be tailor for everyone to try. Service is... More

The restaurant has very good service. I went at an off peak period with several of my friends for dinner. The food was presented very beautifully, tasted great. They have an all-indonesian menu. I recommend it if you are willing to pay slightly more than the other restaurants nearby. For a mains, dessert and drink, it costs about (USD 20)... More
