Romantic dinner...and expensive for Bali

Let's go in Jimbaran for a romantic dinner. You cannot in which restaurant to go, there are all similar. The menu are the same, fresh fish, lobster, shellfish and prawns. Prices are similar to each restaurant, and the spectacle is moving from one place to another. But the place is unsusual and... read more

We were taken here as part of a tour, otherwise we would not have chosen to eat here. Although the sunset on the beach is nice, the service is average and the food is very very expensive, even for Australian prices, and is not consistent quality. E.g., the barramundi was good, however the calamari was appalling, it was more like... More

do not go to restaurant in Jimbaran Bay: they deceive, chaet like maffia. We had dinner at Bambu Bali restaurant. We order king fish, which was measured 1.1kg, but on the bill this fish 1.8kg, so we must pay 0.7kg more, about 13USD more. On the menu, it is written: the fish served with soup and vegetable, but they bring... More

Thie dinner was part of the tour we paid for ( 2 pax,$55 each, 13 hours using a car with driver ..visiting literally all tourist spots in Bali) It was a beautiful place with all the chairs from the different restaurant of the same design for uniformity. The difference was that our place had a mini stage with two young... More

First and foremost, I likely got food poisoning here, which lasted TEN DAYS. I couldn't eat or drink anything during that period without major stomach cramps and diarrhea. Second, it's waaaay overpriced. I paid more than I pay for a seafood dinner in the U.S. In comparison, the quantities were small, it tasted worse, and was cooked poorly. Third, FLIES.... More

Dinner by candle light right next to the waves of Bali! What more can you ask for! And they have live seafood counters which are reasonably priced, so it's perfect to experiment and try dishes you've not had before. Very good service! This is for Krishna restaurant on Jimbaran beach. An added plus is the local balinese dances that go... More

The seafood dinner is appalling and that's being mild. Overpriced, dry and in a word garbage. They charge you over $100 dollars aus for crap food. The beer is warm, the service is terrible, the traditional dancing lasts a couple of minutes, you sit on hard chairs and then you get a bill of $160 aus for the night. Don't... More
