When travelling abroad, one of the principles my partner and I try to abide by is to eat only the local cuisine. As the saying goes, 'when in Rome, do as the Romans do'. However, on our recent trip to Bali, we opted to breach the principle due to our general disappointment with the Balinese cuisine. Perhaps we set our... More

We had our best meal in Jimbaran here, tapis style food but very large servings. Everything we tried was delicious, try the sangria cocktail it looked and tasted beautiful. It's a trendy and funky place.

To give you some idea of how much we love Cuca, we first visited 2 weeks after it opened, and loved the experience so much that we then decided to fly over from Melbourne to have our wedding there this October! I cannot speak highly enough of this amazing amazing restaurant. The other reviews have rightly mentioned how fantastic the... More

I agree with LWTJ! One highly recommended restaurant by the community that had gone so wrong! No wonder it was not packed on Fri night! Truly not worth spending your money just on tapas that seriously tasted "weird"! Expensive and majorly disappointed!

This is one highly recommended restaurant by the community that totally went wrong! Well, we love the nice ambience; the beautifully decorated restaurant; as well as those colourfully presented dishes and visually appetizing food! But, the 8 out of 9 dishes (tapas) we had simply unbelievable - awful taste combination challenging our taste buds, indeed! I thought it's just me... More

We found this restaurant on trusty Trip Advisor. We thought we would check it out before we booked and we were not disappointed. Some friendly staff showed us around and we were impressed by the quality of the restaurant. Kevin Cherkas introduced himself to us as the Owner/Patron/Chef (We later discovered that he could also add Gastro Magician or Alchemist... More

Delicious food wonderfully presented. Great ambiance. Truly an amazing experience. The only downside is the location of the restaurant and that, with so many beautiful places to dine in in Bali, this one doesn't offer much in terms of views. The food, however, was superlative.

Dined there today. The array of flavours in the foods were incredible. They say they source their ingredients fresh locally, and this is evident in the quality of the food. Very well presented, and a real dining experience.
