We went last night there because we wanted to eat seafood. Our concierge from the hotel told us about this place and we chose it because it had the option with the transfer avaible and complimentary. When we arrived, we passed by the kitchen and that was the time when it was best to stop and leave. It didnt look... More

Loved the setting, watching the sun go down and the families playing in the surf, all very relaxing. Pity we decided to eat also. We had heard Jimbaran Bay was famous for its fresh seafood so ordered prawns, clams, lobster, fish and calamari. One of our party didn't eat fish, the only non-seafood option was chicken, which was extremely dry.... More

I've been coming to jimbaran for seafood on the beach since the 90's, how this place has changed over the years. the fundamentals are still the same....... Dining on the beach..... watching the planes land and take off...... magnificent sunsets..... and of course a seafood dinner. I don't have a regular place as we usually grab a seat where ever... First things first - this is NOT 5-star dining so be realistic with your expectations. You sit at a table in the sand, watching the sun go down as tourists, locals and some stray dogs wander around. All part of the authenticity. Pick your fresh seafood from the tank, spoil yourself with an indulgence on something you wouldn't normally try,... More

There were 4 of us, we got a little bit of everything (lobster, snapper, prawns, claims) I am a seafood lover and I enjoyed absolutely everything ☺ I was looking forward to try lobster as I never tried it before that and I loved it. I think we got it 1 kg for 400,000 rupiahs ☺ I think all 4... More

The view is great, the sea, the feel of the sand, the possibility to watch planes to go to/from the airport. The food is average, good but not special and the price is on the pricey side.

These restaurants are a tourist trap. We payed about US$100 for 2 people for small seafood platter, consisting of a small fish , 3 prawns , 4 small clams, fried calamari, and 1/2 a small lobster ( 4 mouth fills). Also sweetcorn fish flavor soup, and nearly small inedible fruit for desert included. Free Taxi home did not help our moods,... More

NEVER go to JBS Restaurant. My boyfriend has been throwing up for hours since eating there. As a chef and restaurant manager we were excited to get involved in the the jimberan seafood experience but we are completely disgusted. Totally overpriced, bad service and now doctors bills and spoilt holiday on top. We are very active in using trip advisor... More
