We stayed at Komune for a week & once we discovered this little gem we couldn't stay away. The local food here is better than the Komune restaurant & half the price. Favourites included chicken lawar, spring rolls, pork ribs & home made ginger beer. Can't wait to go back, thanks so much Kadek!

A Warung is primarily a place where locals eat but the owner of this eatery has put a lot of effort into creating a place where tourists feel comfortable and welcome. Very clean, great food, and exceptional service. The food on the menu is so cheap but delicious and nicer than many of the restaurants we went to. They will... More

We went to Warong Legong several times in March 2014. The food was always fresh and really well made. We asked Kadek to make us a seafood feast 2 days in advance. He ordered lobster and John Dory. The seafood was well seasoned and very tasty. Kadek also does tours for a reasonable price - I would definitely recommend asking... More

I have eaten at Warung Legong three times in the past couple of weeks and would eat her every day if given the chance. Tonight I had the Nasi Campur (first time ever!) and it was divine! A little bit of about ten items, like a tasting plate, and I loved everything (except for the eggplant, I never like eggplant).... More

The owner, Cadek is one of the friendliest and helpful guys I've met (and in Bali that's saying something)! The food at Warong Legong is nothing short of delicious. I must suggest trying the pork ribs and also the fried banana and cheese for dessert (yeah, cheese on banana.... it works). Do yourself a favour and stop by. The price... More

Even though a lot of the meals are made with chicken or other meats, Kadek and his family will go out of their way to give you one of the best meals you have ever had! Great value for you money!

We stayed at the komune for 5 nights and ended up eating here 4 out of 5 days. The food is all authentic and prepared fresh. The produce is good. Fruit delicious. Prices are very reasonable 200,000-600,000 per dish. One of our favorite dishes was the Mie goreng. They have an English menu and just added pizza to the menu... More

I have lived in Jakarta, Indonesia for 3 years and have travelled all over Indonesia. This was my 5th trip to Bali and heard about the Warong Legong from friends of ours that live there. We did put in an order for the type of food (seafood) we wanted several days in advance as part of our planning. The meal... More
