We had a really tasty Thali in this nice little place off the main road. The restaurant is small and simple with beautiful photo's of India on the wall.

We ate most of our meals at this restaurant and they were all terrific. this little place does simple indian food very well - the curries are light and healthy but full of flavour, they also serve probably the best masala dosa's i've ever eaten and at 40 rupees it's hard to find a fault. amazing lemonana too. friendly service, clean restaurant, great value and good chai - this place is a real winner.... The first time I went--at the recommendation of some fellow travelers--I had to look for it because it's tucked away just off the main ghat street, but it was worth looking for. It's small and intimate with a great menu. It's clean and the staff is friendly.

The food is really quite good. It's a small place with not much to speak of in the way of ambiance, but it's neat and clean and prices are reasonable. They are friendly and willing to accommodate special dietary needs.
