Thank you fellow travallers for recommendng this excellent place. Not frequented by Indians, this is an excellent place to sit, relax and enjoy the best continental spread in Varanasi on the roof top. Right on the Mansarovar Ghat, overlooking the beautiful wide river, the food is outstanding and the staff greet you with warm smile everytime. Even first time, you feel... More

Good for plunger coffee and views of Ghats and Ganges River. The Nepalese staff try their best to be quick. The toilet is clean and they have nice cushion seats.

We stopped here for a cold drink during our first wander down the ghats on our first (and sadly penultimate) day in Varanasi and just kept coming back for its well-cooked food, excellent view and lovely staff. For some reason we didn't eat any Indian food, probably because we'd sussed out that this was rare place that cooked everything well,... More

This place probably has the best view of the Ganges in Varanasi, and its a shame that they haven't so far developed it into something better. The standard is quite rundown and the service was very slow. We ordered a chicken and a veg dish. Chicken took some energy to chew and tasted as if it had lived a rough... More

After reading some good reviews, and since it was in close proximity to our guesthouse we chose to have drinks and dinner here. Despite the fog which obstructed our view of the Ganges, sitting here was quite nice. The food was good, and the menu had a little bit of everything, from Italian to Chinese and Indian. The atmosphere however... More

Peaceful get away, overlooking the Ganges. The Mrs. and I spent a few meals here reading and taking our time. Prices are a bit higher, but food is good. And Western food is pretty spot on. Recommended.

Owned by a German and Indian duo the lounge offers good variety of breakfast options including fresh fruits, fresh juice, pancakes etc. Enjoyed my breakfast with the river view. I had the 'Egg Breakfast' option that costs 140 rupees and has two slices of brown bread, 2 eggs (any way you want) mushrooms and tea/coffee.

Cosy and relaxing with a lovely view at the Ganges. Just take a walk along the ghats and stop for a break at Lotus. Their sandwiches looked good, I had a fruitsalad, which was nice.

Really good place. Full view on the riverside. Friendly service and great food. A bit more expensive than the other places, but totally worth it!
