Authentic South Indian food in Agra. Their "Snack Thali" is a winner for a quick brunch. However, don't be surprised with some body-shaking and window-rattling loud music which might bombard you inside the restaurant even though it's being played outside by "some DJ with a weird sense of music" or you may call it "as NOISE instead". Surprising that Dasaprakash... More

The Dasaprakesh restaurant I went to, was on a narrow street off the Fatahabad Rd. It had the Trip Advisor sticker at the door. The food was ok although the three different condiments on a handle had splatterings of each, even along the handle, which didn't look clean. The dal sauce boat had been used when brought to the table.... More

First time here - wont be the last !!! We were a group of 12 and everyone enjoyed wonderful thali's and dhosa's. Even the special icecreams were well accepted. Nice atmosphere. Very helpful staff. Popular with the locals, understandably. Definitely worth a visit.

On our way to the Agra railway station last week we stopped for lunch at Dasaprakash and were glad we did. Mostly Indians here and that was a good sign. We had a delicious meal at a reasonable price - delicious dosas ant thalis (see my photo). The service was efficient. I would certainly recommend this place for lunch or... More

Decor & interior was good. But these are not the priorities we look for in a restaurant. I've been to Tamilnadu & Andhra-Pradesh. I am very familiar with the taste of south Indian food, which was not found in Dasaprakash. Too overpriced for the quantity & quality of the food.

I am a great fan of genuine Southern Indian food, (and have been there a few times). This is a very good restaurant, where the food has never let me down, the service is attentive without being intrusive,, I really enjoyed it. I asked for it to be spicy, and it was. Also very filling so beware if you are... More

As with Lakshmi Vilas this is touted as a great place in guide books - rubbish! Totally over-priced and bordering on the pretentious. The kheer pudding aside the food is of no better quality than any number of great local places that don't feature in guide books, only you pay three times as much to have a waiter in a... More

Oh, this place was just fantastic - the food super tasty, the service friendly, fast and informative and the prices extremely reasonable. I'm a total dessert person and cannot believe that I didn't save room for a choice from a full page of ice creams!! Desserts take up 50% of their menu!!!

It's one of the few south indian places one can find in Agra. Food is really nice and ambiance and service is decent. I really like the potato masala they serve separately. However for someone from south india it might not strike as exceptional. Also, the prices are on the higher side compared to prices in the south for same... More

Delicious vegetarian fare! Loved that the food was spicy (and not toned down for foreigners like many places). Staff was kind. Ice cream was great for dessert- I had the small gold rush and it hit the spot!
