I had a lovely dinner here. Great South Indian cuisine, friendly staff, reasonable price. Easy to find in the city center, most tuktuk drivers are familiar with it. My driver insisted on taking me somewhere else, but I declined after earlier experiences with him taking me to dull overpriced restaurants which tour guides take their clients to (to obviously make... Hotel condition is very good with very good service. Tajmahal is 1.5 kilometers from the hotel so location wise its a good hotel as well.

I love South Indian food.. Had stopped my Car as soon as i saw this Restaurant.. Was expecting authentic south Indian taste.. But was kinda disappointed.. Food was good.. no doubt.. but the real south Indian food taste was missing somewhere. Was not satisfied with the Tali that they had.. As Rasam was not that great.. And yes.. felt that... More

No doubt DP as I call it is one of the finest south in dan restaurants of Agra but very few people know that it serves even more awesome conti food, Its south indian is so famous that it overshadows the conti menu- but I suggest you to order and try- Mushroom Saute, Chilly Mushroom , Spicy Corn and Lasagne... We planned to have South Indian for Lunch and found the restaurant located in the center of the Agra City. Good Food with little higher rates.

We had the special south Indian platter, which came with a place mat describing each dish. The food was good....not great, but good and there was a nice variety. The service was friendly and efficient and the coffee ice cream was wonderful. The ambience was definitely lacking....overly bright incandescent lights made it seem like a cafeteria or some sort of... More

Authentic South Indian food in Agra. Their "Snack Thali" is a winner for a quick brunch. However, don't be surprised with some body-shaking and window-rattling loud music which might bombard you inside the restaurant even though it's being played outside by "some DJ with a weird sense of music" or you may call it "as NOISE instead". Surprising that Dasaprakash... More

The Dasaprakesh restaurant I went to, was on a narrow street off the Fatahabad Rd. It had the Trip Advisor sticker at the door. The food was ok although the three different condiments on a handle had splatterings of each, even along the handle, which didn't look clean. The dal sauce boat had been used when brought to the table.... More

First time here - wont be the last !!! We were a group of 12 and everyone enjoyed wonderful thali's and dhosa's. Even the special icecreams were well accepted. Nice atmosphere. Very helpful staff. Popular with the locals, understandably. Definitely worth a visit.

On our way to the Agra railway station last week we stopped for lunch at Dasaprakash and were glad we did. Mostly Indians here and that was a good sign. We had a delicious meal at a reasonable price - delicious dosas ant thalis (see my photo). The service was efficient. I would certainly recommend this place for lunch or... More
