Though located in a very busy street, they have maintained the place very neatly and they do serve good food. The staff was friendly.

Terrible experience overall for us. Even at 3 pm, it's really busy. The difference in family hall vs the regular is just the air conditioning. There are few non sappada options there on the menu. Further it's in such a rush that there's ten people standing there waiting. There's constant jostling there while waiting. The bathroom had been flooded with... More

Very nice and tasty food. Very much affordable with a lot of chutney varieties. Try the butter pepper dosa, spicy but very tasty. Yes the space is a bit congested and crowded and one needs to wait to get a seat otherwise a must try in Madurai.

There are two restaurants with the same name on this street - one (in the main picture, which I think the recent reviews about menu "changes" apply to) has the word 'hotel' in the name too, and appears to be a local chain as we saw a few of them. I DO NOT recommend this place! We walked in, it... More

We went there to find good food, not delicious but good, and were rather surprised by the bill which showed different prices from the menu. The difference wasn't much, but the behavior of the staff was awful (" this is the former menu, they said, we changed it two days ago" and presenting us another menu with higher prices but... More

The food is good, but it was such a surprise to receive a bill which wasn't related to the menu they gave us in the first place. We had to argue during ten long minutes to finally do the bill ourselves... In short, very tiring and very deceiving from a high rated restaurant on trip advisor. No, the menus haven't... More
