I used to have my food at this hotel whenever I visit Madurai and stay there. This time I experience that their quality of food and service has deteriorated to worse level. They served curd rice that was stale and smelling and they did not bill for the same after complaining. I stopped going again to this hotel after this... More

But, to get a parking for the hotel is very difficult and the authorities concern make a place for car parking. We feel a heavy traffic jam always in that area.

It is very much near the railway station but certainly not the best. Nearby sabarish restaurent is the best in the area and is always crowded. Apart from anna meenakshi there are umpteen choices nearby if you walk around town hall road and bus stand area. Aarthi, vasantham, ashok bhawan, k.p.s restaurent, punjabi dhaba in town hall road, roof top... More

A typical south Indian meals and tiffin joint but with a long menu outside 'meals' time. The staff are friendly and helpful and used to dealing with foreigners. I never ate their 'meals', a shame really as I love the combination of flavours in their rice plate. But the tiffin was good though their north Indian dishes are over spicy.... More
