Description: This restaurant started one year ago and the owners spent years studying the relationship between food, taste, health & the environment. They re-created vegetarian recipes by using alternative grains/millets such as Amaranth, Ragi, etc that are gluten-free & highly nutritious, and made tasty cookies, shakes & desserts that are also vegan. Their delicious salads are washed with filtered water and Indian tacos / chapatti pizzas are quick, tasty snacks. They also offer a full Indian food menu that is organic & tastes incredible. Their juices are made with really fresh vegetables & fruits. The restaurant is situated near the lake with awesome views of the lake, old temple with monkeys & parrots, and of city palace from the 2nd floor. The first floor has mattresses & low-height tables to sit & eat in traditional Indian style. The food is cooked from fresh raw materials so it takes 10-20 min more than usual, and the serving staff communicates which menu item will take long time.

We went to Udaipur in August for a family vacation. We were looking out for restaurants and we stumbled upon this one through an online ad. We were very keen on dining here as the restaurant were advertised that it serves food cooked out of organic vegetables and nutritious food. But when we actually visited this place, we were shocked... More

I went to have dinner to this place this evening after reading all the good reviews here on Tripadvisor, but unfortunately I had a quite disappointing experience of the place. Iwas craving organic and wholesome food and I thought: "fresh organic Indian food is just what I need." I ordered the Millets Thali, and a pomegranate & mint juice. It... More

Food is delicious and fresh. We also took the cooking class which we really liked! Learned tons of tricks on Indian food cooking. Nice atmosphere and pleasant staff, especially the co-owners. Great place to eat in Udaipur!

We visited the place because I really like organic food and restaurants who cares about environment. We ordered a mushroom pizza, cheese pasta, a hot chocolate and a almond date shake and paid 450 Rs. The pasta was ok but a really small portion. Taste was nothing special. The pizza was made of wholemeal which was nice.(American Style) Toppings were... More

This veg place offered good service and a decent range of curries and daal, but the food was far from spectacular. In fact, it all had a rather tinny aftertaste that was a strange experience after what were admittedly tasty dishes. The millet chappatis were drier than a dry thing however, and should probably be avoided. Lovely views and friendly... More

We ate at this location on the last day of our India trip. The food was really good (especially the watermelon juice) and the frozen water (first cold water we had in 3 weeks). It was really hot where we were sitting because it was in the corner but the people sitting near the edge of the balcony had a... More

Ecofriendly restaurant, with an amazing selection of cooked food as well as vegan and raw! Difficult to suggest a dish, all them are delicious! Don't miss to try the shakes! This is the young Indian generation, working in sustainability, recycling, organic,...and supporting the community of artisans, arts and culture, a great inspiration!

Food is great, top floor has good lake views, beautiful art by one of the owners decorating the space, pricing affordable. Highly recommend for vegetarian food.
