Description: This restaurant started one year ago and the owners spent years studying the relationship between food, taste, health & the environment. They re-created vegetarian recipes by using alternative grains/millets such as Amaranth, Ragi, etc that are gluten-free & highly nutritious, and made tasty cookies, shakes & desserts that are also vegan. Their delicious salads are washed with filtered water and Indian tacos / chapatti pizzas are quick, tasty snacks. They also offer a full Indian food menu that is organic & tastes incredible. Their juices are made with really fresh vegetables & fruits. The restaurant is situated near the lake with awesome views of the lake, old temple with monkeys & parrots, and of city palace from the 2nd floor. The first floor has mattresses & low-height tables to sit & eat in traditional Indian style. The food is cooked from fresh raw materials so it takes 10-20 min more than usual, and the serving staff communicates which menu item will take long time.

The food is great here but dont arrive in a rush! Some of our food didnt turn up, and they attempted to charge for it and we waited 35 minutes for our plates to be cleared! It wasnt a busy service, yet we were continually ignored by the waiters and left the restaurant feeling frustrated at what could have been... More

Such a great place with a great vibe to chill, have great food (i am an avowed non-vegetarian,but when the smoothies and food is this good, i dont complain) and generally just take shelter from all the list of things to do you have to complete in udaipur. we visited it at three times in the two days we were... Didnt have a lof of their food, honestly. Had the - - Cucumber mint and lemon juice, which was good. - Fried egg and toast, with coffee More than the food, it is a great place to sit comfortably and sip your coffee/tea and read a book (specifically the 1st floor with the mattresses) Would recommend for a quiet lazy... This place was definitely noteworthy on our Rajasthan trip, offering variation to the standard fare. Food was fresh and had good flavours. The place has two levels, one where you can sit on mats with low coffee tables, or the upper level which is open sided with nice views of the water from one side. The service is a bit... More

This is a great little restaurant which has a lovely balcony area on the top floor looking towards the lake. The food is fresh, tasty and good value. The service is also very friendly and good. The owner is welcoming and is pleased to talk about the concept behind the business. It's a great little enterprise and well worth supporting... More

I came to Millets of Mewar because I am vegan. I've had a fairly easy time with restaurants accommodating my lifestyle, but I wanted someplace that catered to my lifestyle. The place offers some really great vegan options. Their banana pancakes are amazing. They have a cucumber spinach cashew dressing salad that blew my mind. I've been craving some fresh... More

If you are after organic fresh healthy food this is your place. It's not you typical Rajisthany restaurant. Popular with health conscious backpackers. The food is delicious and fresh. We attended this restaurant 3 times in our 3 day stay in Udaipur.

After reading so many good reviews I had high expectations. But the whole thing was a big dissapointment, mainly because of a lousy service. They served us the wrong food, we didn't get plates until long after we got the food, we didn't received cutlery at all, we didn't get our water until we asked a second time, we didn't... More

after reading lots of positive reviews on TA we choose to have lunch in this restaurant. but this was really a blunder..we have to send back the EGG CURRY as eggs were spoiled having black lines...chappatis and other vegetables were too tasteless...and the worst part is their service...they took nearly 45 minutes to complete a small order of egg curry,...
