Description: This restaurant started one year ago and the owners spent years studying the relationship between food, taste, health & the environment. They re-created vegetarian recipes by using alternative grains/millets such as Amaranth, Ragi, etc that are gluten-free & highly nutritious, and made tasty cookies, shakes & desserts that are also vegan. Their delicious salads are washed with filtered water and Indian tacos / chapatti pizzas are quick, tasty snacks. They also offer a full Indian food menu that is organic & tastes incredible. Their juices are made with really fresh vegetables & fruits. The restaurant is situated near the lake with awesome views of the lake, old temple with monkeys & parrots, and of city palace from the 2nd floor. The first floor has mattresses & low-height tables to sit & eat in traditional Indian style. The food is cooked from fresh raw materials so it takes 10-20 min more than usual, and the serving staff communicates which menu item will take long time.

A great way to spend a morning in Udaipur once the main sights ticked off. We selected 5 varied dishes (Rajasthan curry, chipatti, daal, aloo and salad) to cook and Sunny talked us through preparation and got us involved as appropriate. It provided a real insight into Indian flavours and cuisine and we were able to enjoy the result for... More

We come everyday for the spinach and beet, and the sprouted bean salad.. so delicious. The stuffed tomatoes are excellent and one of my favorites.. The coconut milk date shakes are excellent as well... " to die for" Come for the most nutritious and best tasting food and friendly people in Udaipur .. I love this restaurant !

As opposed to the songs of pain and agony my poor tummy has suffered since arriving in India (Delhi belly!), this place was just what my body wanted--fresh, healthy, delicious, and super healthy! I had the cucumber salad and a street food snack and both were delicious. My partner had a salad wrap and his tummy sang songs of joy... More

The place is a little hard to find, but the find is worth. The place is for laid back lunch/dinner with relaxing ambiance. The service was a little slow though.

Loved the variety of the menu. The biryani was fresh and full of flavour. The pot of masala tea was a great value and I'd also recommend the breakfast combo. This place is a must see in Udaipur!

I visited Millets of Mewar last week for a dinner for three. It seems like a home turned into a restaurant. The ambience was very very basic. There was ground seating like that of traditional Rajasthan but ear-splitting english music totally spoiled that look. We chose to sit on the terrace which was half-open, had tables and chairs, no music,... More

The food is excellent. Lots of options to choose from. They say its totally organic food. Food is definitely tasty. Decently priced food items. The owner is very friendly. Ambiance is good. Service is a bit slow but then you enjoy the ambiance in the meanwhile. :)

I have been to this cafe thrice and what brings be back is the taste and simplicity but creative and use of organic stuff in their food. I simple love their ambiance and the courtesy of the staff. the only thing that they need to work a bit on is the time they take to serve the food, it could... More
