Description: This restaurant started one year ago and the owners spent years studying the relationship between food, taste, health & the environment. They re-created vegetarian recipes by using alternative grains/millets such as Amaranth, Ragi, etc that are gluten-free & highly nutritious, and made tasty cookies, shakes & desserts that are also vegan. Their delicious salads are washed with filtered water and Indian tacos / chapatti pizzas are quick, tasty snacks. They also offer a full Indian food menu that is organic & tastes incredible. Their juices are made with really fresh vegetables & fruits. The restaurant is situated near the lake with awesome views of the lake, old temple with monkeys & parrots, and of city palace from the 2nd floor. The first floor has mattresses & low-height tables to sit & eat in traditional Indian style. The food is cooked from fresh raw materials so it takes 10-20 min more than usual, and the serving staff communicates which menu item will take long time.

My fiancé and I ate here three times and everything we consumed was fresh and tasty. Yummy shakes, lassi and juices and a creative variety of delicious wholesome breakfast and lunch options. The service isn't amazing but this is india and I haven't experienced great dining service anywhere.

This is the place to be in Udaipur. All the backpackers come here to chill out, escape the rain, and gobble up the delicious, organic food, all while sitting on large cushions up against the wall. We had the Thai Noodles (surprisingly delicious – and a HUGE portion!), the Dahl (so-so, smaller than expected portion) the Date and Banana Shake... More

The food was extremely tasty and the selection was also very very good. We ordered veg kebab, lemon soda, almond lassi, tava roti, chana, dal The choice of this restaurant is great especially if you are a couple as there is lot of young crowd there. The reason for one dot going away is because of cleanliness and location.....

The food is great. If you want an authentic experience go elsewhere, but if you want high quality food made with top ingredients with an eye on health then go here. You can get vegan food, fusion, gluten-free, oil-free etc. The prices are all about 20 - 30 rupees more than you'd pay elsewhere. My gripe, which I find is... More

Millets of Mewar was on our lists of restaurants when we visited Udaipur. The name was intriguing and initially i thought it was 'Millets' because of the Indian food they serve. But those going there , need to know that they serve world cuisine and quite a lot of their dishes have millets in them. We ordered a Millet pizza,... More

Tucked into a by lane of Chandpole, this little hole in the rooftop can be easily missed. Find it and you will make an experience for life. We arrived in Udaipur at 4pm and unfortunately were unable to find food. We climbed the small steps to Millets and we got the same reply. However, something about the place caught our... More

We've just had an excellent lunch at Millets. It's on the quieter side of town, so the constant noise of traffic is somewhat muted. The top floor has a view of the lake, though it's somewhat punctuated. We were quite hungry from a long walk around town and ordered Dum aloo, Sev tamatar, cheese garlic millet roti, and multi grain... More

It was a nice place to pause and have a cheap, tasty lunch near to the lake. Some good views across the lake of City Palace too.
