Had a two nite stay but felt like staying back more. Great place, excellent service, Best and class food. Had a nite at the resort and next at the camps on sand dunes. Best time to be there in winter. Had a jeep safari n a camel ride. Pure rajasthani experience. Cant forge the place and its hospitality

We stayed at the desert camp for 2 nights and 3 days - possibly the best leg of our 10 day Rajasthan driving holiday. It's super easy to get here since it's right on the highway, and their Thar jeep takes you to the campsite in the middle of the dunes. The campsite is really pretty, with a gnarled tree... More

We loved staying here. The service was friendly and prompt. The food was good, especially the vegetarian dishes. The desert safari was more interesting and fun that we expected -- I particularly enjoyed the home visit. Camel rides were great, too -- well, who doesn't like a camel ride. Each night there is a live music show. Prices are reasonable... More

We stayed here on 18th October on a private tour and we were the only occupants. Service was great and the camp gave us feelings of serenity. A tour group arrived for the performan, which was good, eating nibbles and drinking beer and then for dinner. That was also pleasant. Tea in bed the next morning and a substantial breakfast... More

We stopped for breakfast on the way to Jaisalmer from Jodhpur. Friendly staff and great food. The place is on the highway and has tours into the desert. Didnt see the rooms but the brochure shows lovely rooms.

Between Jodhpur and Jaisalmer, there is a place called Manwar Resort and Camp and it has a nice outdoor dining area. The property is tastefully done and it is peaceful and relaxing. Whether to just have a cup of tea, a little snack or lunch, it is a perfect place to take a break from the long drive.
