Fresh, quiet and authentic place. The Staff is very welcoming. They did recommend us a couple of delicious plates, outside the classical thali. Having tried a couples of restaurants around, Nirvana Cafe came out as our favorite one.

Good, cheap and safe food. Excellent rooftop views and great service. We were the only people in the restaurant and instead of treating us like a nuisance they took very good care of us and even broke a 500 for us (huge favor!). Good indian cuisine, they make it to your spice preference.

It might be an excellent place, but the hotel staff were not very nice at all when I climbed up and asked about the restaurant. The courtyard is being renovated and very messy. The restaurant might be closed for low season or renovation, I never learnt, but at least the people around could have been nicer about it. I didn't... More

A great stop amidst the business of the clocktower/market area in Jodhpur. Came here with a bunch of friends and had lunch on the roof. Reasonably priced, nice views and shaded roof. Service is slow as it is everywhere in India :)

Touristy but comes with a fabulous view of the Mehangarh fort! Right in the centre of town, a couple of hundred metres from the clock tower, this is a nice place to unwind and relax after the noise and the chaos of the bazaar. The entrance is exotic and the ambience inviting. The place was almost empty around lunch time... More

This restaurant is a gem.It shares it's site with an old Rama temple and is very easy to find as it is only a couple of hundred metres into the bazaar from the clock tower. The first level is a lovely garden and an indoor dining room with wonderful old wall paintings. The temple is on this level and is... More

We sat at the very top - keep going up until you can't go any more! A lovely restaurant although very quiet every time we went there. A lovely view of the city and streets below and a wonderful view of family of Eagles nesting and feeding just metres away.

The service was good, The view was good. The food was very good. The price was good - but it all felt a bit bleak. There are too few tables on a large rooftop to generate much atmosphere. perhaps eating indoors would be better.

The setting, right below the fort and just above/ behind a temple is great. Sunset was beautiful from here and also got the joy of watching one of the local kites (birds!) fledge from a nest only a few metres away. Service was ok and desserts were a bit disappointing but the mains were so great we took our friends... More
