For Janta sweets i can only say, why visit and waste your time...when you can have all the kachories, mirchi wadas, & sweets in many other places and in much better taste....it is a place with high headed employees, talking in a manner as if you are asking for some credit...not even listening to what u r saying....may be b'coz... We took packed "Thali" meals Janta meal and Janta special meal for our dinner as train started at 7 pm and didn't have a pantry (in any case IR food quality is not reliable). Food was of good quality and sufficient quantity. Moderately priced.

We bought a mix of 250 grams of sweets at one of two branches of this shop for 90 Rupees. We were lucky that this included two pieces of mawa ladoo, a baklava-like sweet. A must try when you are in Jodhpur! NB: We finished the whole box the same day.....

The place is stocked with all kinds of sweets and savories. It's obviously popular as it is crowded at all times. They definitely need to do something about their housefly problem. Their staff are very efficient and quick, though I wish they would wear gloves.

Eat hot Jalebis ,samosas,Pyaj Kachori for breakfast. Top it up with milkshakes or the famous Lassi with plenty of cream. Plenty of variety of sweets made from Ghee and other types. Have been a regular visitor since last 10 years.

Their main specialty Mirchi Bada, you have never tasted something like this before in your whole life. The thing i love about this place is they make separate materials to make separate dishes like for samosa they have different mixtures, Mirchi bada their is different mixture, Pyaax ki kachori have something different. I have never seen this kind of protocol... More

Street food of the best kind. The savories are ultimate. Dont miss the Onion Kachori's and Mirch Badas. The Mawa Kachori is great too, fattening, dripping with sugar syrup but worth it once a while. They pack all that you want including the Mawa Kachori and Mirch Badas for carriage by air. The chaat counter looked great but I did... More
