Bikaner and Bhujia inseparable. At what proportions they mix the ingredients to prepare the Bhujia is a mystery far greater than the exixtence of Gods. You think it is enough but the fingers go deeper into the packets to fetch more and more till it is empty.

Good:- this place have a out door sitting, in the garden. The owner is very friendly and of helping nature. He can also give you free maps of the city and help you if you wanna go some where in the city or wanna know something where to travel. The food is very cheap. Bad:- very less choices of food.... We were in this café but the room didn’t look at all like in the photo here. After all the recommendations as a good hang out I was hugely disappointed. We sat on uncomfortable chairs cramped on a table. Not exactly a good hang out place I expected.

I looked for this place after a review in the Lonely Planet. It was formerly called Pause Cafe and had good reviews. They had changed hands and longer had internet. I ordered vegetable samosas which I thought would be safe and they were cold and had obviously been made some other time. That night I was sick. There were no... More

My rating above would be good rather than average of very good. The Garden cafe was another potential little haven to have coffee or a drink or a snack in a nice garden in front of a temple, however when we were there they were working on the side road that it was on and it was noisy until they... This cafe is located in a beautiful, ancient building. It has a very nice outdoors garden terrasse. Suhil the owner is absolutely amazing! He showed me how to make a turban, shared jokes and anecdotes and gave very useful tips on traveling in Bikaner and in Rajasthan in general.

The food was good but what made this place awesome for us was the manager. He sat and had a very interesting chat with us while we waited for the food. He also gave us lots of welcome advice about Bikaner and how to avoid being scammed when buying shawls etc in the markets. Make sure you check out the... More

Nice garden, away (not too far though) from the very noisy bikaner traffic! Good food at reasonnable prices! And the staff is very friendly and offers good info about the town and surroundings! They also give you a simple map of the town which can be helpful!

I had several generously-sized but economically-priced mugs of very good chai here, and spent a good time chatting with Sunil, the manager (I think!) The cafe is a good spot to sit and read, write your journal or people-watch in a bit of peace. India needs more of these!
