Malaka Spice is our favorite place for south Asian food. Thai, Vietnamese, Burmese, all varieties are good. Veg and non-veg both types of food is tasty. The place is big, has ample parking space and not very expensive.

We have been to Malaika Spice many times & are familiar with most managers working there. There non-veg dishes are better than the veg dishes, especially chicken spindles. Thai food is Quite tasty. Being a vegetarian, I love their bean sprout and tofu salad. Raw papaya salad is excellent too. Brown rice with herbs is a must with a Thai curry.

I have been to this restaurant twice and undoubtedly the food is fantastic. The flavors are delicious and none of the appetizers or entrees have been disappointing, which is true for veg and non-veg dishes. The seafood dishes are especially well done. The only reason why I gave this 4 stars is because of the prices. We were charged Rs.... More

They have multiple outlets in Pune and all of them are good. Specially the Asian ambience, with lesser light and high chairs make it an intersting place to visit. Authentic Thai food, and some good variety of Sauces are a speciality. I prefer chicken preparations as compared to other seafood and hence I stick to chicken which is nicely done... More

Malaka spice has always been, hands down. Our favourite restaurant in Pune for years. The menu is always evolving according to the seasons and there are plenty of old favourites to try out. The drinks are really good, the red wine sangria with fresh apple and orange segments; the monitor and some unusual Asian inspired cocktails. We re always spoiled... More

I went there when it was a small restaurant and then the food and service were par excellence. They are now in a larger place with an outdoors seating option. Food was fantastic, the Thai Lamb Chops were tender and succulent and flavoursome. They also offer beer from TJs Brewery. Tried their salad and mains, everything is just perfect. Would... More

The drinks, especially the cocktails are fun. On a summer evening a green mango margarita goes down very well. The service passes muster. I have one suggestion though. Ask about the spice, mainly green chilly content of the dishes. Some of the dishes can set your mouth on fire. I bit a green chilly in the soup once and burnt my... More
