Eating at Great Punjab (either branch - aundh or koregaon park) is like actually taking a trip to the state it's been named after. Everything is authentic - from the pickles to the desserts. The menu of this Punjabi restaurant is authentic yet somehow different from the others. The Dal Tadka with Saag was nothing I had eaten before and found it to be very good. The Tandoori Mushrooms were exceptional.

The punjabi food tastes extremely good, the chilly panneer is a must try. Do try the romali rotti baked like masala papad. It's awesome. the only frown is they are heavily priced, really heavy. The ambience is good & there is 2 level seasting, at ground level & at the upper deck. The service is good and the menu is exhaustive.

Right from the masala roomali roti to their drinks..excellent cocktails...lovely chats...superb jaljeera...the best dahi Kadhi..the best chicken,prawns,mutton..best Punjabi cuisine in town!

The place tries its best to give you a fine dining experience but rest of the crowd is generally enough to spoil the evening for you. A family restaurant which is highly priced.
