The restaurant has a laid back atmosphere with over efficient and very courteous staff. The butter chicken hasn't changed a bit in the last 3 decades. I have stayed in this vintage hotel for 3 days. Rooms are spacious but smelling very old, maybe due to the old furniture. Washrooms are not that clean. Sleep quality is good. Food varieties very few even in the buffet breakfast

After a 16 hour journey where my family and I could go no further we came across this hotel. They were very accommodating and essentially became our mid trip saviours. Thank you for you courtesy and hospitality.

Stayed for a night at the hotel and found it to be just about average. It seems to be an old hotel ,which is evident from its decor and the particular smell which emanates from the carpet in the room. The food was just about average in its taste and quality. But I guess for its price the hotel is worth staying... The lobby and entry is grand. Swimming pool and spa are what you will desire. Good food and a decent combination of indian, continental and local cuisine. A couple of nice curio shops that westerners will like. Big rooms but a little let down from what else is there... Old furniture. Overall a good choice and ITC hospitality.

We had breakfasts plus boxed lunch, warm lunch, and one dinner here. Decent food and servers who tried to please. Safe food-- no one got sick to my knowledge. However, try to seek better quality elsewhere in town.

The food over here is lacklustre and pales in comparision to the more tasty food of Rama international next door. Would reccomend to skip!
