Situated in a large open, fan cooled area on the first floor, Casa Linda patrons can sit near the windows over- looking the street. The term restaurant has a different meaning in Fort Kochi to many other places. Casa Linda is quite basic but the operators are very friendly and very cooperative. Freshly arrived in Fort Kochi we stuck to... More

Based on TA reviews we tried this restaurant and were very pleased. We were in the mood for something other than Indian and for us this hit the spot nicely. We ordered spaghetti with tomatoes, prawns, chicken Florentine, Allu gobi and raita. Everything was delicious. The pasta was more of a tomato saute but the noodles were cooked correctly and... More

Very nice place with friendly owners. Although a little bit off the main tourist roads (just a 5 minutes walk), it definitely worth visiting. Sitting by the windom facing small Catholic church and enjoying real Indian food is a great pleasure. I had masala fish, panir with tomatoes and rice with pineapples, cashews, gloves, raisins and cinnamon - everything absolutely... More

For our first nights stay in Kochin we followed reviewers advice and ate at Casa Linda. We were not disappointed - although not busy as it's off season, the friendly couple running the place made us feel very welcome and the food was amazing. We had the chicken florentine (fancied a night off curry) and it was absolutely amazing! The... More

This Kerala restaurant sitting upstairs has a relaxed friendly feel with the owners Dipu and Aroma helpful and engaging. They run lunch or afternoon cooking classes that are a must thing to do in Fort Cochin. Learn some South Indian cooking skills and eat your prepared meal. Good value prices are very reasonable to eat here breakfast , lunch or... More

We visited Casa Linda several times during our 3 week stay in Fort Kochin. This couple are so welcoming and pleasant the food is sensational, it looks so understated from the outside and it is simple and clean on the inside. The staff speak excellent English and we took cooking lessons twice from the owner and they couldn't have been... More

I was born in England and now live in Warsaw Poland. I have been living here for 7 years and only last year discovered the best ever Indian Restaurant (MR INDIA) in Ursynow (Al. Ken, 47) where I live and it's just around the corner. I have eaten in many Indian/Asian restaurants all over the world and it knocks spots... More
