A quiet spot, but please don't let this put you off! The restaurant is upstairs above the hotel. We bagged a table by the window to watch the passers by and beeping rickshaws. A number of people pulled up outside, checked their Lonely Planets, and then decided to move on. This is a shame and we're sorry that these people... More

We had the kerala fish curry and Coconut prawn curry both of which were delicious. The coconut rice was also good. We were sat by the window to get the extra breeze. Our waitress was charming and helpful insisting we have the prawns as they were a specialty. We had delicious lime sodas and a mango lassie for dessert. Great... More

Please give this a try, its found in Hospital Road and its just up from the Bright heritage Hotel where the road meets the roundabout. It is run by two lovely people (husband and wife), the food is majestic and reasonably priced. We ate and looked out of the open window to the street below.

Ate here twice, cannot recommend the prawn curry more highly, delicious. Clean and welcoming a real treat for newbies to India.

This is down-to-earth-restaurant, clean, but not fancy. But the main thing is its food, which is great. I had the coconut prawn curry, a recipe from Linda's mother in law. Soooo great.

We had decided to visit based on Tripadvisor, it was only 5 minutes from our hotel. However we did stop at the entrance and wonder if it was the right place. If is attached to a non-descript small hotel and it is on the first floor. If was definitely a case of not judging the quality by how of looks.... More

In January 2014 we planned and spent 28 days in South India. We used Trip Advisor to find most of our hotels and restaurants. We had a delicious simple meal at Casa Linda that included prawns, lemon rice and eggplant. The meal was well prepared, the service excellent and certainly well priced ($12 for 2 people, not including alcohol). We... More

Casa Linda is a small restaurant run by a very friendly couple just a little out of the center of the tourist action. it is worth walking a couple extra blocks for the food. Casa Linda is not fancy, but it has great food. We went there twice during our short stay in Kochi, and we had excellent seafood soup,... More

Though the place is rated high, we found it okayish, and costlier against the kind of food they serve, and prices in Kerala. Food was not bad, but not superb either. Service is fantastic, and the lady who manages the place was helpful.
