Really enjoyed the food here. We went twice and the fish was excellent, but as it is all fresh, allow at least one hour for your meal to be cooked. Dishes come out when ready so not everyone will be served at the same time. Service friendly, but slow. I got up to get plates myself at one point as... More

Honestly, this place deserves to be well above #5 rank. We had dinner on our day 2 in Fort Kochi. The place was almost packed at 8 pm. The light color ambience and plants outside the windows certainly gave relief to us in fairly hot weather. We ordered salad , chicken , fish curry and Dal. We didn't have to... More

This was our first dinner out in India. Our first experience of what was to come over the next month. It was certainly a good start. We were given a warm welcome, but had to wait for a table. After being seated we sought recommendations from our waiter and were not disappointed. The curry was spectacular, and one of the... More

Had the tuna with traditional Kerala spices. Unfortunately the tuna was really dry, the sauce was bland and the rice overcooked. On the positive side the shrimp fritters were OK, alltough the sauce somewhat uninspired.

after an hour of strolling in fort kochi and shuttling in and out of two restaurants(seeing their absurd menu and prices) we thought to trust trip advisor again and went to oceanos for dinner... great food... had prawns.. kerela style fish curry.. and aubergene salad.. everything great and value for money... good smiling service...must visit..

Food, value for money and the ambiance is superb. Food is very good. While ordering fish make sure to tell the chef not to overcook it. We enjoyed all three meals we had there.

Following TAs reviews, I was full of anticipation so my disappointment was intense. It's ok, and cauliflower fritters were absolutely delicious, but nothing else was memorable. It is a cafe that makes no attempt to recreate any ambiance: very brightly lit, an odd shaped room. worth going in if you're passing, but not worth a journey.

Simple, tasty and a new favourite of mine. I had the ginger garlic prawns, mild and great to have on a hot day, with a side of coconut rice. The ginger lime soda is great too! The service was fantastic and I wasn't left waiting around for my food, like you can in other places throughout India.
