Just can forget the mouth watering vada and chetney... And above all you get these snacks at a very reasonable cost...
You know, if you live three kms away, there is no excuse in the world to say you haven’t been to the iconic Veena Stores. I had a whole bunch of excuses. Couldn’t find it/ wont get up at 630 on a Sunday morning/ it has to be over rated/ I wont stand in a queue and eat on the... More
Long and chaotic ques on pavement in one of the busiest road in Malleswaram, jostling and struggle for two idli's and vada, indifferent cashier and service makes the experience less enjoyable. Have to eat in the early morning when it opens, with lesser crowd. Overall average experience
Roadside restaurant.no parking, gotta wait for your idli...but worth it ! People from all walks of life queue up, especially on weekends. The chtney is an experience by itself. Two idlis one vada...heaven !.

Dont expect a hotel experience, but a simple "darshini" kinda... More
This place is awesome for breakfast. As said, there is a long queue to grab your attention (specially on Sundays) right on Margosa Road, Malleshwaram. The Khara Pongal and Khara Baath is out of the world.
The area down from 18th Cross, once you see a long queue of people on your left hand side, you can easily know it is Veena Stores. People queue up for a great Idly Vada combination or Kharabath, Pongal etc. This place gives you a great Vada which are a must have with the chutney. You can also try out... More
