Although its the most recommended restaurant in leh, we found it really average tibetan food 'coz we had better tibetan food at other places. Nothing great about it, its just average tibetan food.

According to our Guide, this was one of the best restaurants in Leh, Ladokh, India. In all, we went there 3 times for dinner--and I wasn't disappointed once. The prices seemed reasonable--though the cost was included in my trip with Eldertreks so I have to admit that I didn't pay a whole lot of attention to it. But the food... More

Judging from the crowd, we expected better. Food was average but the waiting period was shocking, especially with young kids. It took some time for us to be served a menu, and when our order was eventually taken, another 15 minutes before our drinks arrived. By the time the food came, the kids fell asleep. All we ordered for them... More

Well I shall put it like this if you looking for some really good food with drinks and enjoy a bit of chill outdoors , this is the place . Tucked away neatly in a corner down the main market lane , you can almost miss it if not for the solitary sign board which I guess must be put... More

A very busy restaurant in one tiny street. Good staff and amazing food. It's mostly crowded so try to reach early during peak meal time. Nice authentic food and decently priced as well. We were a group of six and it cost us around 400/pax with single helpings of rum.

With rampant commercialization, it is becoming increasingly difficult to get authentic Tibetan food in Leh nowadys. Pizzas and Aloo parathas are more common than the thupkas and chugtagis. Thankfully you have this excellent restaurant to try authentic food. We had veg cheese Sabagleb , thupka and mok mok here and each item was delicious. Freshly prepared we had to come... More
