Had food here one afternoon and the trout and the other items were really good. The only thing is that the service is slow and tend to satisfy the foreigners first
We had dinner at the this restaurant during our trip to Leh, the place is crowded all the times .. so we had to wait for some time before we got the seats... the food served is tasty ... though we only tried a Tibetan soup which was good and rest of the menu consists mainly of Chinese dishes.
We just found out this place while strolling in Leh town and since then it was a place where we spent most of our evenings. The place is warm and welcoming. Since it provides multiple cusines- you don't get too many options for tibetien but hey- you get all kind of foods- chinese, continental, north indian, thai, and tibetien of... More
One of the best we had in north India, this restaurant was an opportunity to taste Tibetan food. After we left Leh we had some more Tibetan food but it wasn't good as this one. The waiters are professional and polite and you should book a day before!

It was average as the Indian food was too much on the spicy side of us. The Chinese food was a disaster. It was loaded with sugar and ketchup. The naan was nice. Worth a visit... More
It was recommended by our guide and we ended up having most of our meals there. Delicious Momos (tibetan dumplings) veg even better than non veg. If you can plan for it, order their specialty the "gyakok" (24 hours in advance), a wonderful experience.
We had heard a lot about the restaurant during our trip to Leh and were very pleased to find it as it is slightly out of the way. We tried many different types of Tibetan foods- Thukpa,Balep Korkun and Sha Phaley (apart from the usual noodles) and the Indian ones (we had chicken curry) were not bad either. The portions... More
