Just being at leh makes you feel good about life. And this place, simply confirms that feeling! Food is amazing but the best part is that it is served with so much love!! I tried their restaurant too & it has amazing view. You can take a book along, look at leh palace & just be there in the moment!

From my last visit in 2000 (April-May) to my recent visit in June 2013, this place has never disappointed me with their cakes, cookies and breads. I remember eating out every evening here and even taking few packed to have them with my early morning tea. There maybe more bakeries around selling the same stuff, but i would always prefer... More

A decent small restaurant for masala chai and cookies in chilling weather. This one is located on the main road from taxi stand to main market and serves a variety of pastries and cookies. Prices are affordable and do ask them for recommendation as per your taste.

This was the original German bakery, we were told. There were so many in Leh and they all sold the same types of pastry. The pancake with sugar and lemon was yum but their Indian tea was a little disappointing. The pastries was the same as the other places. Apricot pie filling was also delicious but the pastry was a... Located on Old fort Road in the main market of Leh, it cannot be missed with its big yellow board. The bakery now boasts of an restaurant as well. their most famous creation is Coconut Cookie and it was good & there second best was Choco Danish and it tasted like heaven.

This place has the yummiest food and fantastic ambience. Staff are always happy to serve. During a bund (strike) they quickly ushered us I and served us behind closed doors.

The food is just about okay. The service is quite prompt. The locations is good. But their tablecloths are perpetually dirty

The service was prompt, and the food tasted really good. It would be difficult to imagine that they actually serve everything on the menu - need to try out some in my next visit.
