The cafe is set strategically on banks of river beas. If u do visit manali, make it a point to visit this cafe and have their awesome "bodom burger". Staff is great. Go sip a cup of coffee in their balcony (outside courtyard) staring and being awed by the location.

Namste...!!!! Thank you for the feedback.... i am glad that you enjoyed the corner spot in the cafe which is my favorite as well. The cafe is at the banks of Manalsu which is a tributary to river Beas and joins few meters ahead. Good to know that you enjoyed the Burger of Bodom. Thanks again \\m// More

Set in an awesome location by the river, this place pumps out amazing wood fire pizzas and great choc cake. If you play guitar you can borrow the house Gibson and have a strum. The staff are awesome too - Always up for a chat

The burgers here are freaking awesome.! Also the place has a nice atmosphere. If your lookin for a place to just chill out then cafe 1947 is the perfect place. Keep up the good work

The food here is quite tasty. So also is the music and ambiance. I loved the coffee and the cheese cakes!

good to have coffee on the place were this cafe is situated cool and warm open place lovely but nothing like dislike hhaa but its very expensive

The food is simply awesome and service was excellent... a must visit if u are in Manali. Do try the grilled trout and some cheese cake.!!

Ankit has got an amazingly place in Old Manali, it's a must visit for everyone. The ambience and crowd is amazing and seating near the Beas is to die for. The place really livens up in the evenings. Hot chocolate was the icing on the cake !!

This is defiantly the kind of a place I was looking for. Great food, friendly staff and a great playlist. I got addicted and spend there every night when I was in Manali.

It was pure serendipity that we happened to visit this place and voila, a revelation it was, indeed! Amazing ambiance, great food and really passionate service.
