In search of desi food we went to this restaurant and that too when we were feeling hungry, all our hunger was zeroed the moment we are served with the so called "Punjabi Lassi" it water and some curd in it nowhere near lassi, the quality was also not that good, it was total disappointment on a empty stomach

Bad food. Nothing Punjabi about the preparation. Tasteless gravy , staff only interested in their own table. Finally only one call avoid it. Don't go by long cues u will definitely repent. High pricing of food.

Despite the fact that this place is always full and people waiting outside the restaurant, this restaurant does not provide any thing in special or in abundance :p . i would suggest people to enjoy the local street food or visit some awesome cafe's in old manali for music , food and fun!

Tried Makke di Roti and Sarso da Saag for the 1st time in my life. Buttermilk was served in earthen glass which introduced to the Punjabi food culture. The combo was good but didn't like Tandoori Chicken that we had ordered. Cons: The wash basin was situated in a unhygienic place.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Punjabi food. Dal Makhani was pretty good as was the Paneer Butter Masala. We had an assortment of breads which were all good. Mutton was a bit of a disappointment with hardly any mutton there. But overall the Veg food was very good

We visited this restaurant on 18th May for the lunch. We knew about this restaurant from our friends and we were not dissapointed at all. They have all sorts of authentic punjabi food which is tasty but not so spicy. The paneer preparation was nice and the Dal makhani was just awesome. I strongly recommend this restaurant to my friends from trip advisor.
