In search of authentic food from the Southern India, Naivedyam is an ideal restaurant to enjoy your meals. The theme of the restaurant is simple yet great. Naivedyam means 'offering food to God before having food'. You are welcomed with a rasam drink on entering the restaurant and waiters are dressed in lungi and kurta - traditional attire of the... I have visited this "south indian panorama" (as they claim) few times over last 3 to 4 months. The Good: - Location. Well located at Vatika City Market, this is the only South Indian Joint in this area, which is why my wife drags me here whenever she feels like eating this food. - Ambience: The restaurant ambience is quite... We went to this restaurant on Sunday brunch time. The place was partially filled, so we could chose our seating place. The menu was a bit costly, but the dishes were adequately cooked and the taste was a nearly equal to what I would get in Bangalore. The idles were soft, supple and hot. The mysore masala dosa was crispy... More

Good food, authentic southern, very humble owner, I have done to go and well as dine in, both experiences were good, except slow service. If you have friends with you and have some time go there you will perhaps not notice the slow service as you might be busy talking to each other.

Though being in Gurgaon for last 8 years , it was my first visit. Food was very good and close to native taste. Price very reasonable, staff prompt, service is also good. Overall a good experience and a trip to the place during weekend is even better.

Naivedyam near the Vyapar Kendra is a nice place for South Indian dishes. The restaurant is very spacious ( one understands that it gets filled up during lunch time). The bearers wearing South Indian mundus ( although they dont seem to represent the dress of any particular region or community in South India) was a novelty. We had different types... More

I have been to Naivedyam multiple times but off late the quality of food is going down. I have also experienced that Sambhar taste is different for dine-in and home delivery. The chutneys are sometime stale. However, the dosas are crisp and good.
