I have been to three of the their restaurants and the park plaza one is the worst. The one in Ramada near the airport is the best. The service was pretty bad and so were the kebabs. If you really want to eat at the the great kebab factory, I would suggest the Ramada one in Delhi.
Went on a business meeting. Service was rather slow. Considering the price that the restaurant charges was expecting better support. They didn't follow instructions either. I asked for food without chilly, they accepted the order but was very dissapointed. Food was either not served at all or came very late. The one which came had chillies.
I visited this restaurant for a business meeting with a potential prospect of mine who had come with his European Manager.

Went there last evening for some special celebration but it turned up in complete disappointment ! extremely slow service though it was a weekday .. food was almost tasteless , the best part was just salads n deserts... me and my family would never come back to this place again .. worthless !
They feed you with care, and you can keep eating until your stomach bursts. The kebabs are tasty, however not the best that one can get in delhi. They have some decent selection of alcohol. Desserts are good, and often people go straight from starters to desserts, having over indulged oneself with the former.
excellent food with well balanced flavors. doneness of kebabs was perfect. this place is very reasonable as well. The best part is variety of kebabs in the package. If you love kebabs this is best place to visit. Service also is very friendly.
This is a kind of restaurant you should not miss. A nice layout, staff very friendly, can experience real northern Indien food.
The concept is pretty straight forward - all the best varieties of kebabs that you can eat... As well as biriyani and a choice of Indian dals (lentils) and veggies - chased down with traditional Indian sweets.
The food is fantastic. The galaouti kebabs, the lamb chops and the seekh mirpuri are the piece de resistance - worth a second...

We visited on St. Valentine's Day. The kebabs were delicious and succulent and the service was wonderful. The sparkling red wine was just perfect and the ambience was great! The main course fell short of expectations especially since the biryani didn't meet expectations and there was only one vegetable which wasn't really great! Definitely value for money at 1500 INR...
