Food is nice and light, sitting outdoors in the park makes for an experience as well. Must try: - kadhi-chawal - rajma chawal. - Sabudana vada (surprisingly good, esp for this part of the world) Breakfast menu is limited, but after a nice long run... this is your perfect breakfast spot. Only one drawback... it's a vegetarian place! closest you... More

When in Gurgaon this is heaven the location just inside the Bio park is green the food is amazing.,raw papaya salad was my favourite To have a venue like this in a place like gurgaon is a sanctuary amidst concrete dust and pollution The whole ethos of Roots is amazing I love how the eco education center sits next to... Set within the Leisure Valley park in the heart of Gurgaon (or new Gurgaon), it is the greenest place to eat on this side of the highway. A thatched hut with modest interiors and coolers to circulate air in the summers, it is a very different experience and one that I like to have again and again. try going for... More

The very concept of having everything run through solar energy, no ACs, food cooked in solar cookers, everything being recycled, shakes and juices being served in used glass jars, it amazed me at the first place. The outdoor seating area nicely covered with trees grown as to create a roof out of the branches and leaves, mist fans being put... More

Roots-café in the park has a completely opposite philosophy than Gurgaon. It’s an open shack, serving healthier food in a park. It opens up at 8:30 AM; you can have breakfast there (maybe right after your walk/jog). For the breakfast you must try their Poha, Upma and Egg bhurji on a toast along with nimbu pani. For main course you... More

This is the best place to have a food out of the city noise. By having in the leisure valley park you can enjoy the park with the awesome food here. You will find different kind of food here with different kind of environment.

We had been meaning to go to Roots Cafe for a long time, after lots of right and wrong turns when we first located this Cafe, we waited for 30 mins to get a table and had to return disappointed due to heavy rush..it was a sunny afternoon after a long spell of unforgiving Delhi cold.. We returned little later... More

When you are living in a concrete jungle, a place like this is almost unbelievable. Also, the only place in Gurgaon which is open for breakfast at 8am. But the place falls short for its choice of food. The menu is almost non existent and average quality. Service is neither that great either. But what a stunning setting... The place... More
