Very Nice Indian Food

Not agree with many of the reviews here the restaurant is amazing. The starters specially were great and delicious, quality of mains and the portion size in particular was very good and sufficient for two. Must try desserts as without this the whole dining experience may just stay incomplete

It is described as a seafood restaurant but it serves all types of exotic Indian dishes both vegetarian and non veg. There were not too many people at the time we chose to eat there. And when we saw the menu we were startled. Pricey even for a five star resort. Later we understood why. The restaurant keeps on plying... More

The Amaranta at the Oberoi Hotel in Gurgaon is a modern Indian restaurant, the room its self is spacious and elegantly decorated in a modern style. The food in short is absolutely fantastic. To be honest we didn’t choose what to eat they suggest a tasting menu, veg or Non-veg. Everyone at the table was blown away with the quality... More

It was a worst experience of rampuri food, I am very close to royal family of rampur, that is super, you are serving just a regular muslim food of delhi, really a black spot on rampuri cuisine. don;t do such type of experiment, or hire good skilled guys from rampur to serve rampuri food. Thanks Lalit Das

Recently we had a function at The Oberoi's. The landscape created by the group is awesome and they have elevated the premises by almost 3 floors. The ambiance is serene and beautiful. Loved the idea of not putting too much to show and leaving giving ample space to feel relaxed. The items placed are very bold and symmetrical. Everyone around... More

it was not my first experience with Amaranta but my wife's first one. As she said, over and above the very high expectations I have set ahead of our dinner. The starters were delicious and the fish and king prawns were not just fresh but prepared with spices and intriguing flavors. The service friendly and knowledgeable helping us to navigate... More

If you think you have experienced India food at its best, then try Amaranta. The Chillie crab is to die for and there are a number of dishes I would not have really known. There is a strong influence of fish, which I usually avoid as the flavour of fresh seafood is so often drowned by sauces - not here!
