Its been year's now that I have been a frequent visitor to Goa and each visit is synonymous with one must do - zanzibar shack. As you go ahead of Mambo's and enter Baga beach, this is the 3rd shack on the right. The seating across 2 layers gives you an unobstructed view of the beach from every table. The... More

We were 8 couple who went there for drinks and lunch. I really liked the setup of the place and especially the signboards placed on the walls. One of them said "Prices may increase depending upon the customers attitude"... Good food, order anything, service was a little slow but rest was good. They even have an arrangement for shower and... After being referred here by a friend we decided to try out the shack. Although baga is too crowded and dirty Zanzibar shack was a great find! For us not having tried Goan food the food was excellent especially the Goan Sausage. The location on the beachfront also makes it a worthwhile visit and place to chill

Me and my friends went here for brunch. I ordered orange juice and they charged me triple the amount displayed on the menu. My friends sandwich had hair and they refused to change it. Just overall very dissapointed

Have been visiting this place since many years. AT the end of Tito's lane, this beach shack is a great place to hang out with friends or family, either on their wooden deck, or on the beach benches. Good food, good service and good crowd. Ask for leg, shoulder or head massages to go with. Mark, the owner, is a... More

this shack has one of the best locations with great seating arrangements, they have sunbed's too available but we preferred to sit inside the shack. The service was prompt and the rates were pretty much the same as you would find in other places. The owner was pretty friendly and a great chap to talk to, took an orange beer... More

They say in Goa, if you lunch and dine, shacks are the place. But this trip, I experienced that most of the shacks I went to, have degraded in quality and are over priced. Take for ex, Zanzibar, where we had been to in our earlier visits We ordered tikkas and they are not cooked well. We had to send... More

Stopped for a late night drink on a stroll down Baga beach. Fire dancer outside, and tables stretching far onto the sand. Attentive customer service, and a friendly chat with "Sam" the guy serving us. Not the cheapest shack around but decent quality drinks and from what I could see serving food late into the night. Shisha, too, if you're... More

The food at Zanzibar is very good quality and there is so much choice! I have been to the shack loads of times over the years and they definitely know how to throw a party! It is a very popular shack. In the daytime it is very relaxing with chill out music. By sunset there could be loads of people... More
