Good food and plenty of it!

This is a cute little place in a residential neighborhood (it's a converted house). The service was friendly, and the food was really good! We would definitely recommend and would come back ourselves if in town again.

Once you visit this place, I'm sure you'll add it to you list of popular places. Food is hot and fresh, wait staff are very friendly, owners are awesome, and it has a very welcoming environment. You need to experience it to appreciate all that this place offers. It is the best place in town, great prices, and you can... More

Our family members suggested we have breakfast here. It is a house that is converted into a restaurant. It is just off the main road down a side street. I had the omelet breakfast which was good. Not great but good food. Average, hence the rating. The hashbrowns were a little cold but the place was packed and I only... More

We look forward to eating here if we're in town during their somewhat limited open hours, but this visit the food was mediocre at best, as was the service. We'll give them another chance not to disappoint us.

A converted older house, the restaurant is definitely quaint in appearance and décor. The food is great and reasonably priced. We have eaten breakfast and lunch there and have always found quick, courteous service.

This is our favorite place in town for breakfast. "The mountain Man" is a delicious hardy breakfast, but it's enormous. Luckily, you can order a half version of it. "The Mountain Man" is 2 large homemade biscuits, eggs, ham, bacon, country potatoes, and country gravy. They also have several "secret menu" items. These items aren't written down anywhere, but I... We drove down from Cloudcroft. My husband had breakfast and I chose to have lunch, even though it was only 10am. Both were great. Quaint local little diner type place. Very clean. Nice menu. Worth the drive!

Why is it that LOCALS forget to try home town restaurants? Is it because the chains are so convenient? Just go one block off the main drag and you will find this great find. It is VERY CLEAN and the food was that yummy home cooked breakfast we have each day at home, but the treat was I did not... More
