Been to Shadab a couple of times with my friends and i simply love the biryani. I do wish if it was more calmer of a place for family but nevertheless good enough to just crave on the taste of biryani. Definite go to place.

This place is close to Charminar and is good if you are a non vegetarian. Biryani is decent along with kebabs. Place is usually crowded and one has to wait for his turn. Not recommended if you are a large party pack. There is Pan stall just outside the restaurant, try it..

This could read like the old Smirnoff ads - I was a regular at Paradise Biryani till I discovered Shadab. This is is not a fancy restaurant, but the food is divine. We sat upstairs, the downstairs being more like a mess hall in the barracks or in a school cafeteria. The biryani and nihari were superb, the sheek kabab... More

Location is in crowded place. No parking. Pricing is reasonable and hence accessible to all. The upstairs seating is totally different from the normal simple bench seating available downstairs. Excellent service. We were catered to by Captain Azhar who knew the dishes and gave prompt suggestions. We had the veg dum biryani and the chicken biryani for my friend. Amazing... More

Probably the best biriyani..Their Biriryani is at least better than Hotel Paradise. This place is very popular and the pricing is such that it is accessible to all and hence it is very crowded. We had to wait for half an hour to get our seat. Ask for simple Dum biriyani, which is their specialty. Also do order Lassi and... More

We are an Italian couple, used to amazing Italian food, and we simply loved this place so much! the meat is unbelievable! the place is really crowded and noisy, but this fits in the general Hyderabad atmosphere. Anyways the staff is well organised, quick and welcoming

I had the classic mutton biryani which was a massive bowl of rice and mutton in masala. partner had the veggie option .. I reckon we could have fed the city on the portions. The rice pile. we did find a fly in the veggie biryani, and called the waiter over.. ( sounds like the beginning of a joke) He... More

Well, this is not a review of the oxymoron "Chicken Biriyani", so whosoever is looking for that can stop reading now. When someone says the word Biriyani without any prefixes it means mutton, and that is where Shadaab shines over the more famous Biriyani joint of Hyderabad. Tucked away into a neat little corner half a kilometer away from Charminar,... More

I went to Hotel shadab with a lot of expectations as i had just watched it on a popular foodie show on TV. I ordered one mutton, one vegetable Biryani and a Lassi. The Mutton Biryani had a few mutton pieces and more rice, the veg Biryani was delicious. The portions are really huge, so be careful in ordering. The Lassi surprised... More
